It does need a mention that there are no local TV channels so football watching is impossible unless you can log into a streaming service. (Our Hulu does not allow this in multiple locations).

It is literally steps from beach access and we loved the second floor kitchen/common area. The backyard was another great place to hang out and play games together. The house was so clean, very well-appointed, and had a number of great, small touches. The management company is amazing as well. They were so easy to work with.

The House was very clean and made us all feel comfy and welcome. The beds made me sleep like I was in my bed at home. No complaints from my adult kids either. They brought their children ages 5 and under with them. The kiddos and adults really enjoyed the nice fenced backyard, a convenience that is hard to find. We grilled out twice and the children played games there. Also, the outdoor decks were enjoyed very much! Beach towels were provided and a washer /dryer was available snd used a lot! There was a beautiful full service kitchen with plenty of utensils provided. We cooked quite a bit since we had small children and would be hard to go out and eat every night. We have stayed in this Carillon neighborhood for 12 years. We keep coming back because the neighborhood is so nice and kept very manicured and neat. There is a guardhouse only allowing the residents inside. We have always felt safe there. It’s a great place to ride bikes and their 4 pools are very nice and good sized. Of course , the main feature, the beach , is never crowded and plenty of room to enjoy. It’s always neat and clean and beach chairs were provided and used often. This house was beautiful and is a great location and we’ll be back again soon !!

Cool Change was just that -- a cool comfortable change from our regular home, but oh so welcoming and inviting. The back yard was a safe and fun place to relax with my two-year-old granddaughter -- that is a very unique feature for beach houses -- what a plus. Our crew agreed that all the mattresses were comfortable, the house was quite clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Location was wonderful. One beach walk-over was 3 minutes away to the east and another was 5 minutes away to the west. The family pool and pickle ball courts (and tennis court) were just blocks away -- 10 minute walk or 4 minute bike ride (we rented bikes). The quaint village was also 4 or 5 blocks away. Wonderful accommodations in a great location within Carillon. Looking forward to booking this place again next year.

This was our first stay at Cool Change which was a perfect family fit..expansive open kitchen/family room, inviting backyard with oversized yard games and ideal bedroom/bunk configurations. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated.We had one minor issue with a bedroom TV, which was responded to immediately. We loved the large porches and would love it if each had fans, so that they could be enjoyed more.We will return to Carillon and very likely, to Cool Change.

All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed plus more. It had more variety of pans and dishes than I have in my house. The outside grill was clean and had 2 propane tanks. The Property Manager checked in with me several times and before check-in she was responsive to my questions. This house is so well maintained, there was nothing that needed to be improved. There are beach toys, nice beach towels, and most important it is close to two beach accesses. I'm already looking at dates to return.

It’s just across the street from two beach accesses, which made it very easy to get to the beach chairs. The backyard is beautifully manicured and came with some fun yard games and a gazebo with lights. Just perfect for everyone to enjoy while we were using the Weber grill. The outdoor shower was great to have as well. The interior of the home was absolutely beautiful. The reverse floor plan made it really nice for everyone to enjoy the huge kitchen and vaulted ceilings of the living room. We had coffee and breakfast on the deck every day and really enjoyed being on the second floor for that. The bathrooms were really spacious and classy, especially the master suite. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed as we cooked most of our meals at home. All of the furniture was comfortable too. We will definitely be looking to stay here again! Decor is lovely and the beds are outstanding. Really enjoyed the outdoor space with our grandchildren. Everything was super clean. So close to the beach walk over. Highly recommend renting!
