Sunrise and ocean view was beautiful!House needs some TLC. 1st level floors are in need of replacement. Dings in sheetrock around bunk beds and towel hangers need repair.

Good trip with friends. Floor is slightly damaged but otherwise excellent property!

The house was overall a good stay and it is about 100 feet from the coastline which we loved, but there are a lot of things about the property that could really benefit from a few upgrades. The home is fitted with the cheapest quality appliances, sheets, towels. Overall look like the place needed a deep clean and it could greatly benefit from a better working stovetop/oven. We planned on cooking a lot during the day, but it was difficult to use the stove top because of how old and how easily it burned food. They repairs needed around the property that included floor separating in areas and shower door falling apart and it did not. It had a heated pool, but the pool was not warm when we were there. Overall, it was a beautiful view and the family had a good time. The Communication of the property management was also incredibly responsive.

This house was awesome for our large family week at the beach. It is well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Nice sized kitchen with TWO refrigerators, TWO dishwashers, and an ice machine. Great to have two washer-dryer sets in the house. Everything well maintained and working.The little pool on the deck was bigger than we thought it would be, and the kids had a blast. Great access to the beach with our own boardwalk. The view of the ocean from the house was good.Our stay was in August, and the AC in the house on every floor was fantastic.We would love to stay here again!

We loved it! Great vacation spot to relax.

We reported problems with stove and a dishwasher and two guys came, but didn't have what they needed to fix them. They said they'd be back, but never returned. Also, the film between two windows overlooking the beach are damaged - the windows need replaced. You can barely see out one of the windows.

Although we did have a good time and the property is great. We did not feel it was cleaned well, more like a quick clean to get it done. There was other peoples hair on the walls in all showers, someone’s sticky bra stuck to the wall, etc. It does need some small updates. The stove top - all the knob dials are worn off so you can’t see what temp your cooking on, one knob was broken, one burner only works on high. The slider - there is no slider handle on the outside and the one on the inside was just mounted and doesn’t actually work. The main floor bathroom - door doesn’t lock. The kitchen floor- broken in multiple places and there is a very soft/ squishy spot near barstools. Bathrooms on floor 2&3 - half of the bathrooms the cold and hot are backwards. There was multiple cockroaches in kitchen on the floors, inside the cabinets and some bedrooms, I messaged host and was told someone would come check it out but nobody came. And lastly, there are two chairs in the corner of living room that we didn’t dare to sit in because they look they will break at any moment, the seat cushion itself is nonexistent and the legs are bowed. But again, beautiful property/ location just needs some small updates that hopefully will be taken care of before next person comes.

House has best location right on beach and ocean. Little pool is nice, really no need for it with ocean right there. House is well appointed with everything you could need. Easy check in and check out. Close to all the action but in a quieter part of the strip. Great time at a great property.

We never left the house/beach! We have an annual trip to the beach and this was our 3rd VRBO. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy being in the same room for dinner, etc. It is on our go back list.

This was a great place and the management property was great to work with. Not nearly as busy at this end of the beach is one advantage and having the pool was nice for the little ones for the end of the day to wind down. Very comfortable for 21 people. Would stay there again!!

Overall stay was good. Kids enjoyed the beach and pool.
