Cookin' Up Fun 1 Gulf Front Private Pool 5 bedrooms 4.5 baths by Prickett Properties

We rented this house for just short of a month. We feel totally ripped off, this wasn’t a cheap place to stay and everything there was subpar. Floor was so dirty our feet were black, we don’t wear shoes indoors so this was unacceptable. The table was so scarred up and worn they threw an old oilcloth cover on it. The couches smelled terrible of urine, the two side chairs were old and dirty. The vacuum cleaner was taped together and spewed more dust than it sucked up. Broom was taped together. Not to mention the cockroaches. We’ve been renting homes on the beach for years and this one is number 2 on the worst list. If you decide to rent this plan on absolutely no amenities. Not even a pod of coffee for your first morning.

Everythin was great for our family! The location, private pool an access to the beach made everythin so much better for our two toddler grandchildren, the whole family aswell.

The BEST beach house we have ever stayed. And Pritchett Properties was great to work with. They always responded quickly. We had an issue with the upstairs unit not cooling. I messaged Pritchett and they had an HVAC company on site within the hour. My comments just can't do justice to this house and Pritchett Properties. You will not be disappointed if any family or large group decides to rent this house.

We enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the inside of this home.The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms had plenty of extra pillows and blankets. When there was a problem with the water heater temperature, maintenance was there within a couple hours to repair it. The inside of the home was well maintained. The location is great too. It's down far enough on the blvd to be quiet and the beach less crowded. Our only negative comments would be the exterior of the home while sitting on the deck . It is in serious need of work. The door to the house from the deck is very dirty and stained (outside) and the rubber seal is hanging off the bottom. Several deck boards need replacing and the whole thing (including the wood surrounding the pool) needs painting. The boardwalk down to the beach also needs some work. There are a couple of boards that are rotten almost through and are hazardous. Several of us got splinters from the handrails due to the roughness and age of them. There is rotten wood hanging on the side of the house which you can see while sitting out on the deck looking toward the east. One of the windows on the deck facing the ocean is missing its storm cover so the rusty inside is exposed. The deck furniture is very uncomfortable, and the grills were not used due to the rusty conditions.

We had a great time at Cooking Up Fun 1! The pool was perfect for the kids and rooms were spacious and clean.

We had 10 people ranging in age form 19 to 93! The house was perfect with lots of beds and bathrooms for all! The property managers were very responsive. Maintenance even came to house on Christmas Eve. The beach access was great! Would definitely recommend this property!

This was an amazing beach house for my family and I. Super clean property. Great location. On the beach with no walk needed to immediately be on the beach. Truly amazing!

Overall this house was great! It was very spacious and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool was great and the access to the beach was perfect! The couch and rugs definitely needed a good deep cleaning but otherwise it was great!

The house was great, plenty of room, right on the beach. The weather wasn’t great which had the ocean a bit rough, the pool was perfect for our little ones so they could still play in the water. The kitchen was very clean and the extra fridge was very helpful. Beds were comfy. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The house was great once we got some towels. The pool was great being able to see the beach while in the pool. Nice having so much room.

Great property. Needs a little freshening up. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would be interested in pool size being included in listing.

Good location, kitchen needed a griddle, we love pancakes. Wish there was more space around the pool
