Cooinda Holiday House in Berrara

We were not happy with the cleanliness of the property, smell of ould in the outside bedroom. Downstairs floor constantly wet from a leaking toilet which is dangerous, moulldy ceiling Downstairs bathroom from what looks like a leak upstairs. Hi c

Great affordable holiday house, we had 2 families stay, lots of room and amenities. Overall we had a great stay, owner redponded quickly to my questions when required. Berrara and Sussex Inlet had lots to offer with Swan Lake and local beaches otherwise is good to chill out in a quiet spot surrounded by kangaroos and native birds.

This was our second time staying at the property. It was a lot cleaner than the first time we stayed. The location is perfect - very close to the lagoon and walking distance to the beach.

House was nice. Looks better in the photos though.Great kitchen. Every thing you need was in the house.Would be great if it had A/C upstairs. Was comfortable due to the breeze. Don’t know how hot it would get if it was summer time. BedRooms were accommodated by ceiling fans which was great. Pet friendly was a bonus. And Berrara Lagoon just down behind the property. Was fantastic for a swim and have fun in there.. Overall we had a ball of a time.Would definitely rent again if it’s available for our next short stay.Thx Nadine

The house is big and roomy with queen sized beds, two bathrooms and all the comforts of home. There is a view to the creek and there is a mob of kangaroos that lounge and feed nearby. There are lots of birds to be seen and there is one very friendly King Parrot. It is central to the beach, creek and bush.

So so good. We've stayed a number of times at Cooinda at Berrara, every time is great. Very thankful for this place and opportunity to stay there at Cooinda.

Lovely sunny property with a perfect yard for pets.Loved our stay, will definitely be back.

Overall its good property with budget price.

Our family had a wonderfull weekend. Few minutes walk to the beach, kangaroos around, big backyarr, spacious rooms and all kitchen stuff provided.

Very disappointed that the listing does not advise that you need to take your own linen. Had to borrow sets of queen sheets the day before our trip. Host said it was written when making the actual booking but i didn’t see it and it is too late anyway if you have already clicked to book (i would normally assume line is provided when renting a house). You need this critical info on the listing.We needed to clean the benches on arrival and other areas were a little dirty. One dishwashing tablet, just about empty soap dispenser and lots of cockroaches unfortunately. Yard was great for the dog and a short stroll to the lovely beach. Overall, still a good place..

Nice quiet area, close to beach. House has everything you need in kitchen. Little things could improve overall stay but otherwise a great place to stay

The property was excellent! The family had a great 9 days of relaxing & beach fun. Also the house was walking distance to the beach which they loved. A great place to unwind & relax!

This house was well equipped with everything we needed, close to the beach and clean. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. FYI: Coles does deliver to the area if you dont want to drive the 40mins to Norwa to get shopping.

Host is great. Place is terrific. No hassles.

There is no driveway. There is no pool/spa. Was a damp house, no baskets/bins inside. Kitchen was nice, but is upstairs. In my opinion, was not worth the money I paid. If you have pets, it's probably a good stay.

We stayed at the property 2 nights in late May and throughly enjoyed our stay. Location is awesome. Short walk to the water. Nice and quiet. The house is so well equipped. A lovely relaxing weekend. Definitely consider a return visit
