Conveniently located, gorgeous home with private pool & elevator - walk to beach

House is in a great location, with great ocean views. Home is welcoming, clean and with great amenities. Great home for large family gatherings. Look forward to our next trip.

We loved everything! The beach access was the best. Very nice place for a large family.

It was a gorgeous house but the bedrooms and bathrooms could use some updating. Bedroom furniture squeaked when getting in and out of bed. Pool was actually larger than we thought from the pictures but there was lots of sand in the pool and hot tub when we arrived. Quiet hours stat at 9 which made it a little unnerving with the kids when they were outside.

We had a wonderful stay in the property.The location was so convenient. Close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house had so much open space and well stocked for all of our needs. We had a great time!

Booked this house for my brother's bachelor party, house was beautiful and clean. Location was amazing, pool and hot tub were clean. Everyone in our trip was super impressed with the house, definitely recommend it!

The house was the perfect size for 10 adults (5 couples) and 5 grandkids. The location was the best for getting to the beach and shops. Really didn't need a car once we arrived except to grab a few groceries here and there. Would definitely like to go back.

We are a family of 18. There is room for everyone. Very large home and very well equipped and maintained. Plenty of games for the children and beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen has everything you need from two slow cookers to an air fryer. Two washers And two dryers . I’ve pool and Judy pool and a separate Hot tub. The house sleeps 28 and the A/C works great. This is a huge home that has plenty of room for a large familiy or multiple smaller families. Great beach access on a very quiet street.

This house was everything we needed for our family of 15. Proximity to the beach and to town was great, but be aware that this house is one block away from a major resort, which leaves the beach crowded. We secured our spots early each day! The pool was large enough for us all to socialize, and the hot tub was a bonus. The rooms were spacious and private; the house is huge—we didn’t even use the upstairs living area because downstairs was large enough. The kitchen is well-equipped. The elevator made unloading everything super easy. We parked 8 cars without issue. Two laundry rooms were so helpful! The game room downstairs and all the beach toys provided were great, too. All in all, this is a great house for a crowd!

The property and location are terrific, but some of the rooms were too hot to sleep in. Two new AC systems were installed during our stay (out of 4 total) which solved the heat problem upstairs but not the bedrooms downstairs. In addition, a water drain in the kitchen failed and a plumber was called to repair it. The new owner did a great job redecorating the home and replaced the hot tub which we would have used if temps were not so high. Don’t know if we will use this property in the future. Jim Burns

18 stayed. Plenty of room. I locked the elevator up on Saturday & it was not fixed until Tuesday after 2 additional calls. Very nice home recently renovated. Great basement garage parking - we parked 6 SUVs inside w/add parking out. We will look to stay here again. Close to beach & Coligny. Nice pool. 2 laundry rooms really helped w/our large group.
