Very charming, clean, and well kept. Great use of space and has everything you need. The walk to downtown takes only a few minutes and we enjoyed going there to eat and explore. Would definitely stay here again and certainly my recommend to others!

Perfect little house for our 4 person family. We came to Livingston for an early Thanksgiving celebration with my brother and sister in law. And the kitchen was pwefwct to host them and had everything i needed. Tess was very welcoming, and we had a wonderful trip to Livingston.

We found everything we needed to cook and do laundry. And the house is very clean and well kept. Also lovely decor. Tess is a wonderful host.

This is really a great property and the host, Tess goes above and beyond with amenities.You can expect very comfortable beds, plush bath towels and a kitchen stocked with coffee, sugar, herbs, condiments and lovely dishes, flatware and cookware.It’s a “10”.

This charming house was very clean, and we ate in breakfasts and dinners every night but one. Appliances good, with plenty of top quality dishes. It has everything! Tess is very easy to work with and the pictures do not do this place justice. It’s charming with high end touches , very private and loads of space for two. Highly recommend and hope to book again next year.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. We have been camping for the past 10 days and the house provided the perfect respite before continuing to our campground in Yellowstone. The house and gardens are immaculate and beautifully done, the house is well stocked and the location is centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. We were able to catch up on our laundry and rest as well as explore the town of Livingston and its beautiful surroundings. Strongly recommend lulling the Yellowstone River. Communication with Tess was quick. We would definitely stay here again.

This vacation home was very clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and the window air kept the small home very comfortable on warm summer days. My husband and I decided to opt for the convenience of staying in the town of Livingston instead of our usual rental out of town which provides the very best views of the mountains. The home is a little further from downtown than expected but is well within walking distance, however, the view of the mountains is obstructed. Parking in the alley with a large vehicle is a bit challenging but doable. I would recommend this home for a couple or small group of people.

Tess is wonderful and her place is very comfortable in several ways. Kitchen counter is large to both cook and eat. Living area has great chairs.

Just blocks from downtown, everything is walkable. The deck space was wonderful to sit at. The deck was surrounded by well tended, beautiful flowers. The blackout curtain in our bedroom made it incredibly dark and easy to sleep. Such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend

Such a great place to stay! We felt right at home immediately. House was super clean and had everything we needed for our short time in Livingston. A lot of personal touches made it really wonderful. Owner was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Perfect location near restaurants and shops. Short drive to Yellowstone. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area. Thanks!!

We needed extra space for out-of-town family. They were easily able to walk a few blocks to downtown and meet up with friends.We will most definitely try to get this property next time we have family here.A big thank you to Tess, she is a gracious host.

The Lige house was in a perfect location near my family and downtown. The cozy house was a great place to stay, very clean with everything you need. Tess was great. Will stay again.

Clean, comfortable stay close to downtown for food and drinks. The property was perfect for the two of us visiting the area for some fly fishing. Tess did a great job communicating, and made sure we had everything we needed for our visit.

Lige House was our home away from home for Thanksgiving. We found everything we needed to prepare and enjoy our tasty Thanksgiving meal and the recliners were a comfortable place to watch football. Thank you for sharing it with us Tess!

This was a great place for us to stay and go on little day trips around Livingston and the surrounding areas. It was very clean and comfortable and nice to be near downtown. Tess, the owner, is nearby to help with any questions and we enjoyed meeting her! We would definitely stay here again!

Second year in a row at the Lige House. Tess provided us with everything that we need inside the cottage - and the outside seating area is both charming & spacious. We're hoping to return next year!

Cute, comfortable, and clean as described. The kitchen had plenty of equipment if you wanted to cook, and they also had some staples which was great. Close to down town, and your own parking space tucked in by the cottage. Easy check in and communication with the owner. Would recommend!

Visiting my home town. Wonderful place to stay. I’m hopeful it will be available every time I come there.
