Come stay on a 20 acre farm! See cows from your windows and corn growing nearby! The sunsets are amazing!
This location is 6.5 miles to I84 and just beyond that is the Ford Idaho Center and equestrian areas. Great location if you are coming during rodeo season as we can accomodate extra parking and have an available pasture for horses for an additional charge.
Absolutely no partying, smoking of any kind, drugs or pets are allowed. We charge a fee of $500 if we discover any of these

Stayed May 9, 2025Very nice place. Comfortable furnishings and beds. Plenty of extra blankets, supplies, coffee and snacks. Very nicely decorated. Outside space was awesome. Only down side is the road out front is busy and a little loud.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024We chose this venue so we could watch grandchildren during the day while their parents were packing their home for a move. It worked out great as we were able to play outdoors in the yard as well as play games and watch movies in the house. Quality grandparent time and made the packing a quick and smooth process.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024Dori was an amazing host. Perfect location just outside of city population but close enough to go anywhere you needed or wanted to go. Having the cows and horses was awesome.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024Our stay at the Modern Farmhouse was great! It was stylishly decorated but very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We didn’t do much cooking there, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Communication with Dori was easy and efficient. We enjoyed our getaway!

Stayed Jul 28, 2024Excellent stay. Visited daughter, son-in-law and our 4 grandchildren (one newborn). They live literally 2 minutes from The Farm House. House was cozy, clean and perfect for our needs. Well stocked kitchen and nice back yard area overlooking the farm. Highly recommend. 5 stars.
