Stayed Oct 3, 2025The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting FSU. However, the property itself felt somewhat unsettling given the surrounding area and exterior appearance. While the bathroom sink appeared recently updated, the shower was not very clean. Only two towels were provided, and both had small hairs on them. The home was nicely furnished overall, but there was no WiFi password available and no clear check-in or check-out instructions provided.We experienced some difficulty reaching the host and had to contact support to get a response regarding a broken toilet. The host arrived promptly and was kind, but the issue was not resolved, requiring us to use a restroom at a nearby restaurant. Additionally, no trash bags or extra toilet paper were provided.With improvements to cleanliness, communication, and basic amenities, this property could offer a much better guest experience.
