We loved the location of the house and the fact that it had a secure garage. It was perfect for helping our daughter moved into UH and keep her stuff safe overnight. The house does have stairs to get to the main living areas, and the air conditioner setting did cause for challenges on the hot Houston days of college move in, but the host was very responsive and worked to resolve the problems. We will use the hose again as our first choice for each move in date
