    Great rental! The home was very well stocked...especially the kitchen! It had everything we needed and more. Fantastic Garden City location with easy access to Eagle, Meridian and downtown Boise. And just a block away from the Boise river and greenbelt. The home was larger than we needed with three bedrooms plus an office. We only used the master bedroom as there were just two of us. The office came in very handy as it had a desk so that I could set up my computer and printer. (We stayed in the home for six weeks). The management company was also very responsive when I texted with questions. I highly recommend this rental if you can get it!

    I rented this place for two weeks as one of my kids had a two week ballet intensive in Boise. The place was great. Owner must be a foodie or entertains guests as the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything inside was great. Neighborhood was very quiet and walking distance to the Boise River walking trail. I had our two small dogs with us and we went walking every day. The home also has a great soaking tub in the master bathroom.

    The home was in a great location and central to all surrounding areas of Boise. We especially loved the daily walks on the greenbelt, along the river, accessible from the neighborhood. My only recommendation is that the house needed a deep clean. While the surface level was clean, there were spiderwebs in all the corners of the home, the windowsills were filled with dirt and dead bugs, making it hard to want to open the windows on a nice day, and the April furniture was dirty and not inviting to enjoy.

    Great home, excellent neighborhood, close to the greenbelt, central location. Home is modern and clean. Only slight negative was the yard, overgrown, not mowed over two weeks and weeds throughout. That being said, I would definitely stay again. Loved the home.
