Contemporary Home with heated LARGE POOL and SPA

Nice, clean house, equipped with pretty much everything you need..well maintained pool, outside jacuzzi... beach chairs, beach umbrellas...washer and dryer...kitchen fully equipped with all appliances...owner is very responsive and cumulative

We really enjoyed the pool area with family time! It was spacious and easy to communicate with host to turn on hot tub and adjust temperature as desired. The home had a large dining table indoors that fit everyone in our large group. Access to laundry and outdoor grill were bonuses, as was the beach gear! We were disappointed in finding a few cockroaches in one area of the house. When I let the host know this on our checkout he said he would contact the pest company right away. We were also disappointed in the neighborhood, as several in our group wanted to go on walks or runs, but didn't feel comfortable doing so. Overall though, we had a good experience and the house worked out well to spend time together with all our kids and grandkids during the Thanksgiving holdiday.

This home is updated, spacious and clean. The extra touches did not go unnoticed and there are too many to name; however, for example, the kitchen appliances and accessories are high-end. The owner even provided a Cuisinart air fryer. The mattresses and bedding are very good quality. The heated pool and hot tub are well maintained. We were able to swim in privacy. There were plenty of beach towels and pool toys available too. There is a great fenced-in area adjacent to the home & pool. There is a night light in the room that contained the bunk beds (which was great for our kids). We also had access to extra fans, blankets, candles, etc. Whenever we travel, we always bring our own supplies (ie. napkins, trash bags, dishwashing & laundry soaps, paper towels, cooking spices, etc), and we didn’t need them here! The communication with the owner was easy and we always received prompt replies. The home is located in a safe area, near many restaurants and shopping. We plan to stay here every time we return to Sarasota!
