Contemporary home with a private pool, hot tub & fast WiFi

Great house with great amenities! Pool, hot tub, pool table, outdoor TV sitting area, and TV's in every room. Great to be able to park in garage as well.

Property was just as described and worked very well for our stay.

We loved the property and if we had not had to deal with the management company (Vacasa) we would have given a full 5 stars

Loved the property, but, hopefully you will not have any issues as the management company, Vacasa, never made any attempt to fix the few minor, and easily resolved, issues that we had.

We came to relax and get away and that’s just what we did. We had groceries delivered, made our meals and relaxed by the pool for a quick 4 day weekend. We had everything we needed plus some!

Very nice home, quiet neighborhood. We had a very relaxing time enjoying the pool. Did not use the hot tub, it was too hot on June.

The backyard provided the perfect setting for chill time. Fruit trees, flowering bushes, shaded seating and plenty of sun spots with a pool and hot tub - something for everyone! The neighborhood was conveniently located between main streets/highways and super close to grocery, restaurants and shops. The house itself is minimally decorated/supplied, but comfortable. Management company was not consistently responsive.

We loved this location and set up!

This property was perfect for our Spring Break visit. It was easy to get to Spring Training baseball and local trailheads. We appreciated the nearby restaurants and grocery store. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip for our kids. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay! Great location! Nice amenities

First, we really enjoyed the house, pool and hot tub. A couple concerns surfaced that we wish could have been better. 1). The hot tub water level wasn’t filled up high enough to allow for a proper operation. After multiple calls and some effort on our part, we located a hose and filled it to a proper level. Unfortunately we were unable to use it the first night. 2). There was a plastic sheet on the queen bed. This made it too noisy to sleep comfortably. After a poor night’s sleep, the plastic was removed and sleep improved - although the bed remained somewhat uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful break from the cold!Would stay here again!

The house and neighborhood were great. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The only negatives were a missing remote for the master bedroom TV, the screen door needs to be put back on the eating area patio door and the hot tub cover needs to be replaced. None of those things negatively impacted of enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay at this house for our next visit to Scottsdale.

Nice house. Clean and quiet location, close to Kierland shopping and restaurants. Would have given 5 stars but wasn’t able to get pool heated based on length of stay (3 days) and limited blankets/toiletries provided.

This was our first time renting a house in the area we vacation most years, and will definitely do it again. Was good value for money and in a very quiet area.

Great Stay

This house was great. Plenty of space for us. The backyard was beautiful. And you get to park in the garage!

From the moment we walked into the property, it felt like home and we couldn't wait to spend the full week there. The home was comfortable and perfectly air conditioned. The outside was beautifully landscaped and had all kinds of extra bonuses like the outdoor TV. The pool table inside was so much fun and gave us one more way to pass the time while avoiding the extreme heat of the day. The pool was fantastic and wonderfully warm, with tons of pool floating and toys to have fun for the whole family. The home was very accessible and incredibly close to all amenities. We would definitely love to book this property again in the future.

Clean, well furnished home with pool and hot tub, did run out of salt and no tissue but otherwise beds were nice and firm and lots of space

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed. House was clean, outside pool area was great. Disappointed there was only one chaise lounger seeing the pictures showed four. One downside for us is that we didn’t know there were pool floats until our last day. Grocery store just a few minutes away as well as shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nicely furnished and so comfortable. The pool was great and was a welcome retreat from the summer heat. If you’re traveling with small children, it is comforting to know the doors to the patio out to the pool open by a latch at the top of the door so kids can’t get out there on their own. Very nice neighborhood and friendly people.

We had a good stay at this home. Had what we needed and we had fun in the heated pool.

The place was clean. I was worried after seeing a couple reviews. I got this place because I wanted an option for the hot tub. Some said it was not full or clean. Water was a little low in day one. I didn't say anything. But day two someone had come and filled it. The pool was amazing. We found a lot of pool toys in a shead. The pool table was also a great thing for when it was too hot outside. The outside had plenty of sitting areas, in sun or shade. The kids loved it. We would stay again.
