I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this retro rustic space. The bathroom is downstairs with two of the bedrooms, as well as an upstairs bedroom, where the main living area and kitchen and dining area are. We enjoyed the architectural quirks, but someone with mobility issues (can climb 15-20 steps) might find it difficult. The house feels secluded, surrounded by trees, which we loved. The house has a somewhat steep driveway so an SUV is probably the better choice for staying at this house. The house came with several different cooking utensils/pans/pots and dish-ware which was great for us as we prefer to cook a lot at home while on vacation. It also had a grill. Laundry was on site, which was very convenient. The space was very centrally located to all the fun attractions of Wellfleet, as well as not too far from Eastham, Truro, or P town. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi being spotty, and then completely non-functioning, but the property manager did their best to coordinate with the owner and try and amend the situation. It was a bit of an issue, as we were trying to work remotely, but used local coffee shops, and the public library while the issue was being addressed. I would not say the Wi-Fi is reliable enough to consistently zoom conference from the home. The mini splits, were amazing and worked great to keep the inside of the house cool, even if it was sweltering outside. Given its rustic wooden structure on the inside, there is the occasional spider which wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you’re deathly afraid of them, the space might give you pause. The outdoor shower and the indoor shower both had great pressure. The full mattresses were on the soft side, but not uncomfortable.
