Contemporary & comfortable home with a pool, WiFi, washer/dryer & central air-conditioning

Great location. Very clean and was well equipped, comfortable bed, and was surprisingly quiet being in a neighborhood with close neighbors.

Great accommodations, excellent location

We loved the view of the mountains from the yard including great sunrise and sunset. Backyard furniture was comfortable for hanging outside too. The master bath especially nice with that gigantic shower. Kitchen well stocked and lots of space for cooking. We only missed not having the garage available and not knowing that up front. Overall, we really liked the house and enjoyed our lengthy stay there.

This house lacked nothing! Very complete kitchen and everything was first-class from silverware to patio furniture. This home was furnished for an owner, not a renter as far as quality is concerned. There was ample supply of needed items such as dishwashing soap and even washing machine detergent. I was most impressed and would definitely rent again. Great location.

Overall, the stay was good! The house way clean, in a safe / quiet neighborhood, and close to the things we wanted to do. However, the house has some problems. The kitchen lights didn't work consistently, including the light above the stove, and the island lights,which made cooking at night difficult. The back door screen feel off the track, and we couldn't get it back on. All three propane tanks wer empty, and no one available to replace them, so we had to find a store to replace them on our own time (we were reimbursed for that). The outdoor decorative lights didn't work in front or back. This included the lights in the hot tub - they did not work. The heat did work, so still usable. I called to report these issues on day two of our seven day stay. The house manager was very nice, and apologetic, but said they have one repair person for over 200 houses, and the issues wouldn't be fixed while we were there. So, that was a bit disappointing. Especially the hot tub - as the manager stated that the pool company had to come out to look at that. All of these issues were not dealbreakers, but annoying to work around. The house was a perfect size for a six people. We had two kids, and four adults. The kitchen had a lot of supplies, and included things we needed to cook most meals at home. I might suggest the owners provide additional pool towels, as towels are limited to about one set per person when the house is at capacity (six). The neighborhood park was very close by and great play area for our two kids- a nice idea to include it in the listing, as that helped us select this house for our vacation.

My sister came into town & decided to have a relaxing weekend. The house was amazing and clean! Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool and the spa. The patio furniture was very comfortable for us to sit after a nice swim or drinking tea in the morning.

Really enjoyed our stay in Oro Valley, perfect for the four of us. The house was as advertised everything you could want, well stocked. Would absolutely stay again. Rob

Everything was awesome. Im not sure that the pool skimmer was working properly - Minor complaint but something to have looked at. Plenty of dead bugs floating but the skimmer basket never had bug in it

Classic southwestern home, perfect for 4 people

What a great stay for our party of 4. Loved using the fireplace on cold mornings. The back patio is a great space to relax and has a terrific Mountain View. Would definitely rent again!
