Stayed Sep 27, 2025House was clean and in a good location, able to walk to the beach and restaurants.It’s definitely on a hillside, and has a lot of stairs.It suited us just fine.We missed a trash pickup because we had not checked an app.

Stayed Sep 2, 2025I'd like to make this a 2 part review. The place was 5 Stars as to what was advertised. Very clean, got a text that we could get in 2 hours early, the amenities were very modern and well stocked. The view to the ocean was very limited but still there was something to view. The second part of this review would be 2Stars. If you have trouble with stairs don't book a stay. There is no cell service at the property and VERY limited service in the city limits. We had 2 of the top three cell companies (TM & V) with no coverage. Some may say that a vacation is to get away from your phone and social media but some may use their phone to look for 'restaurants near me', tidal schedules, grocery stores. With almost no restaurants or seafood vendors in OS you will need to find a store and be willing to cook most of your meals. I go on vacation to get away from the kitchen so for me this is a place that doesn't work for me, hence the 2 Stars... But again the place is top notch for clean, neat and straight. The beaches were the cleanest sand I've seen on our yearly trek out to the coast. The online hosts for this property were easy to work with, so another 5 Stars for them.

Stayed May 7, 2024We loved having 3 floors near the beach but with some privacy. Comfy bed, big tub, room for the dogs to ro.p inside. Enjoyed it very much.

Stayed Apr 3, 2024We absolutely love this property and location. Brought our black lab for the first time and he had a wonderful stay as well. The owners clearly care about our canine friends and leave a very welcoming space for the whole family!
