Contemporary 3 bdrm house, walk to village, close to ocean and ponds

Lovely quiet place.Slightly quirky shower downstairs but we’ll equipped and great space. Loved Wellfleet and surrounding area.

This house was perfect for our group of 7. It had everything we needed and was comfortable and convenient to town and the beaches.

Conveniently located — can get to ponds, beach, Wellfleet pier and town without going on route 6! A big plus when traffic is heavy, which is pretty frequent. The house is well equipped for those who want to cook and is near markets/grocery. For those who prefer to eat out, many restaurants, cafes, and ice cream places nearby. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very responsive.

This house was perfect for my family and I. Just far enough off the main town of Wellfleet. The space was open and nestled in the shade. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here with my family for a week in August. Great location, super cool house that was perfect aesthetically. From the vintage Strato lounger, to the Art Metal Knoll swivel chairs. Perfect mid century, post modern style and design. Great setup and close to town. Perfect spot to get to all the outer cape fun. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Private and quiet location tucked away. We will be back next summer, maybe for two weeks.

We had plenty of room to spread out and relax after time at the beach. The layout of the house provides a lot of space to both gather and have separate time. My teen daughters loved the big bedroom downstairs!! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The owners are welcoming and very responsive to questions and concerns.

Cathy was very helpful with info in a timely way and the house was as described. The gate at top of stairs was great for our 15 month old grandson who loved the big, open, and safe space.

The house was exactly as described. All the amenities you would need. Love that linens and towels were provided. Two couples stayed and with the layout of the house there was privacy for both couples and a large great room area to congregate. Several outdoor areas to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. Highly recommend.

The house has great bones and is comfortable. The inside is not modern - an old cape cod modern architecture house with lots of dark paneling but it makes up for in space and how easy it was to get in have access to linens etc. grilling, etc. Also the kitchen was well stocked with what you need to cook during a week stay.
