Enjoyed our stay. Very cutely decorated to feel like a cozy cabin. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere and yet be close enough to come back for lunch. Looking forward to returning!

Best accommodations & location. Parked my car and walking distance to all. Owners communication was excellent

Checked in on sunday, that part was easy and smooth. Unfortunately, after that, not so great. When turning on the bathroom fan, it made a tertible noise. While in there, noticed hairs on the floor, as well as in the tub drain, and then on kitchen floor. The living room was ok, however the comfy chair mentioned in the description sits directly in front of the fireplace and must be moved to use the fireplace. There were 2 lamps in living room (no overhead), which is totally fine, except one of the lamps didn't have a bulb. We emailed host that day, hoping to get the issues taken care of, but no response. The second night we noticed water on the bathroom floor, it wss actually pouring from the back of the toilet tank. We were able to temporarily fix it, seemed pointless to reach out to owners since they had never responded. The day before leaving we received the check out message from host. I responded again regarding issues. He said we got the message and will fix when you leave Well gee, thanks. Our last morning, the toilet was continuing to fill and flush on its own. At that point we left. Kinda amused that a review from last Dec mentions similar toilet and lamp issues. Obviously hosts aren't too concerned with upkeep. Would not recommend.

Cozy

The fireplace didn't work. Reported to the owner the first day. I don't think the pilot was on. The owner said he would send someone to check it....never did...disappointed because one of the reasons we liked this room was because of the fireplace.

Host was wonderful very informative about the room and checkin. Room was great had a wonderful stay. We will definitely look at rent from host again

The host was very hospitable. The condo was nicely furnished and in a great location.

Clean and convenient

Very nice for the money. Was close to town. Very convenient. Will stay again.

It was just enough for two people. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Toilet is the only bad thing. Very low and didn’t flush well. Best thing was that we were able to walk to everything. Never drove anywhere. We loved that part. Especially with 10-20 parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay...The condo was very vlean, had everything we needed, convenient to all the shops on the parkeay and everyone that stayed there was very nice... we also got to see a mama bear with 4 cubs...

Just went for a couple of days to catch up with an old friend, the condo worked great.

A great little place that is convenient to downtown.

Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by a very large cockroach when we pulled out the sofa sleeper. The 3 towels in the bathroom smelled like mildew. The entire place is dark & dinghy. I texted the number given with my concerns as well as sent a message on VRBO. No response to the text but i did get a reply on vrbo telling me to call the next morning to discuss options I called and left a voicemail but never received a call back. Completely unacceptable! The location of the condo was great but that was the ONLY great thing about it. Please read listing carefully before booking as you will gave to eat out every meal. Would not stay with this gost again.

Very clean. 5 min walk to downtown Gatlingburg. The condo was decorated so cute like a cabin. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a very nice stay except the bed was not that comfortable but overall it was very nice stay.

Everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay again. It was in a great place to be able to access Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas.

Property was clean and maintained. The condo is very dark unless the curtains are open. Not comfortable with everyone seeing in on the first floor. Communication was good. Would recommend to others but would be up front with them about privacy especially right in front of the pool. Great location to walk downtown.
