Stayed Jan 16, 2026Overall, not a terrible place to stay. When we arived we realized the parking spots were very small, if you plan on bringing a larger vehicle or pickup truck be prepared for 20 pt turns and squeezing out of your door. The location is easy to find and looks good from outside. Upon entering, we noticed several marked up area's on walls and furniture, a little spot of paint or magic eraser could help that. There was a very noticeable gap in the door and frame, and we did notify the owner and they offered to come inspect but we made do by blocking with a chair and towels. After our first night our entire party has some sinus issue, possibly atrributed to the difference in weather, but on our last day we inadvertently noted the furnace filter was a solid gray mat of dust.

Stayed Apr 23, 2025We enjoyed our brief but memorable stay in Nashville at this lovely apartment. It was comfortable, convenient and beautifully decorated. Our family enjoyed time out in the city but also felt very comfortable hanging out and enjoying downtime at the apartment. We found everything we needed and communication and check-in were excellent.

Stayed May 15, 2024Jen's property is suitably located in East Nashville. It is clean, well appointed to meet your needs and very comfortable. All People Coffee is across the street with a fine grocer next to it. Location facilitates ease of Uber pick up and drop off. Jen is quick to reply and facilitate needs of renter. Will book again, 100%.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024Nice place beautifully decorated but we noticed ants and a lot of them. I sent a note to host in the morning (I have a screen shot) but apparently didn't get it until later so we had to have an exterminator on our last day there! Clearly there was something spilled in the side of the cabinet that was not properly cleaned which caused ants and a lot of them! Disappointing as we spent quite a bit on this place!
