Walk to shops, breweries, restaurants, and swimming holes. This is the perfect, centrally located condo to retreat to after a day of exploring in the White Mountains

The main level offers a half bath, living/dining/kitchen area, and a living room with access to large deck overlooking the pond.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms and a fullbath with laundry
lower level is a walkout basement with an additional bedroom and bathroom

PER HOA- FIREPLACE USE BY RENTERS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Although this unit is not pet friendly, the owners dog does stay in the condo so It is not advised for those with allergies.

overall very clean' slow drain in upstairs bathroom sink, musty smell in basement
