    Really a nice property. The location is the best I’ve ever stayed at in Nashville. It’s central to everything good and perfect if visiting the colleges. Beds were nice and AC blew cold for the summer heat. A+!!

    You will not be disappointed in the location of this house. It sits in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with so many options for dining, shopping and entertainment just a short walk away. We loved that each room featured an en-suite bathroom and that we had all the essentials we needed for our trip. We were traveling with a 4 year old and 1 year old. The house didn’t come with any baby or kid equipment but we appreciated the option of renting what we needed through a different platform. We ended up just borrowing what we needed from family who live in Nashville so we didn’t use this service but just something to note. We would definitely recommend this house and would be excited to rent this property again in the future!

    The location of this property was perfect. 15 min to Broadway, walking distance to 12 South. Easy access to the freeway. And only 30 minutes to Percy Priest Lake. Communication with property management was super friendly, easy with quick responses.

    Overall we had a most enjoyable stay. A few pros and cons(as with any rental). Pros:- plenty of bedrooms/baths for our group- we rented both units as a group, perfect if you have a large group of 10. - communication with property manager was on point! We were there for several storms and yes even tornado warnings/sirens and they quickly provided the code to the basement when we requested.- location to the neighborhood hot spots was about a 10-15 min walk. Not ideal for the non-walkers but if you enjoy the stroll, it’s a beautiful walk. Make sure to check out Buttermilk Ranch!Cons:- if your doing a lot downtown or on Broadway, stay closer to downtown, uber fees add up- the home could use a little deferred maintenance, this has been suggested and the property manager is already on it!- the bunkbeds in the hallway are tight, hard to get in and out of top unless your a kid. The other unit has a better bunkbed layout- the furniture is adequate but not comfy to sit around long term and socialize. The couch is not really comfortable and only one- all bathrooms are in bedrooms, so if you have company for dinner or people staying on bunk beds, there is no bathroom space without going into a bedroom.

    The property was exactly as represented on VRBO! The house is perfect for business travel or family vacation. Three large bedrooms with personal bathrooms is perfect for business travel. All amenities were available. The neighborhood felt very safe and was beautiful. There are stores and restaurants close by. We were doing business downtown and the drive was fairly easy. Great communication with the owner- in fact- I couldn't access my entry instructions (due to the website...not the owner!) and Jen responded immediately to my call and was able to get me instructions right away. Highly recommend!

    House is in a great area, walking distance to a ton of restaurants. An easy drive to anywhere you want to go in Nashville. Had street parking only, and there was always space for all of our cars. Would stay again.

    We had a fun stay at this very clean and quiet home. The location is prime. Centrally located. You can walk to 12 South for shopping, restaurants and more. Short drive to downtown or Franklin. Would definitely recommend it to others.
