This villa, completely renovated in 2018, is located in a quiet residential area at the gates of Avignon.
It offers 105 m2 of living space on one level with a large garden of 1,000 m2, closed and planted with trees.
6.5m x 3.2m pool.

Avignon city center can also be reached by bus (stop 5 minutes' walk from the villa).

Shops are a 5 minute walk away.

The location of the villa allows you to discover all of Provence (Saint Rémy de Provence and the Alpilles park, the Luberon, Mont Ventoux, the Camargue, Nîmes…) and to attend many festivals (the Avignon Festival , the Chorégies d'Orange, Vaison Danse, the international piano festival of La Roque d'Anthéron…)

    The owners were very pleasant and accommodating and left us a delightful welcome gift of peaches, local biscuits and wine. The property was clean and well equipped. There was plenty to entertain you with a petanque, table tennis and a swimming pool. The location of the property meant it was in a quiet environment but had easy access to Avignon for dining out and entertainment. The property felt very safe and secure with the sliding gate operated by remote control.

    Wonderful property and host. Our stay was three weeks and absolutely perfect! The property is secure with a gate. The kitchen is an efficient galley style with all the necessary amenities - stove, frig, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Although we do not drink coffee, there was a coffee maker and a Keurig. We used the electric kettle for our hot tea. The washing machine is efficient and there are ample clotheslines for drying. The pool look beautiful, but we were too late in the season to enjoy it. The home is three-bedroom and two baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There is a separate water closet and a shower and twin lavatories. The dining area easily seats six. Outside there is ping pong, bowling, and a beautiful pool and deck for lounging. The residential area is quiet. Close by there are eating establishments, bakeries, and grocery stores. The TGV station is less than 20 minutes. The location is perfect for day trips and visiting the nearby vineyards. Absolutely recommend!!
