Completely Remodeled Townhome - Ski In/Out - Awesome Views

Our family really enjoyed are stay at this condominium it is very spacious and accommodating for a larger group. We found plenty to do at purgatory resort and in town at Durango. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

The wifi was not working and all the network names and passwords provided did not exist and didn't work. I finally called the support number that was provided and they provided a 4th password to try. After I rewired the modem and router I finally got it to work. One of the toilets wasn't flushed when we arrived and the condo is not very clean. The kitchen is lacking a few items that would have been nice to have, like foil, grilling tools, a strainer and spices. Overall it was ok and the location is amazing.

Queen bed so hard we had to buy a mattress topper, the bathroom had no toilet paper holder, only one lamp, tv in closet on the floor instead of the bedroom wall, the window shade was broken so couldn’t open & close and no hand towels in any bathrooms had to use a wash cloth. The kitchen was sparsely supplied with only a few cooking utensils no Corning Ware type glass containers to use in oven or microwave. I guess they don’t expect people to cook. Only one meager floor lamp in living room & no ceiling lighting so really dark. No chairs on patio only a table so couldn’t sit outside. No pillow cases for the extra pillows they provided. They did have adequate floor fans which was a positive. It was nicely decorated. They did provide liquid hand soap in the bathrooms.

Great for kids, comfy beds, close to slopes.

We enjoyed this property. Kitchen could use more dishes and silverware and more linens in bathrooms. Otherwise great stay!

This particular condo has great seating for several adults to hangout and enjoy

Even had a crock pot and pack and play which was amazing. The showers were pretty new are nicely kept. Heated floors in the bathrooms! Each room has it's own thermostat too which is amazing. They have an amazing storage closet for the ski's and poles. A perfect bench to put on your boots, and tile in the right places to put on and take off ski boots. The carpet is super lush and the best I have ever seen in a condo. I love that each bedroom has a bathroom. The furniture is all in good shape. (except the kids room as noted below.) I usually don't stay in places that allow pets - allergies etc. But there were no traces of hair etc. YAY! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars, The toilets have some pretty bad hard water stains?that are a bit off putting. The oven stunk of burning grease or whatever it was on the bottom. loads of gunk, we were able to clean most of it out on day two. This just means that someone cooked bacon? or Ham and made a mess in the oven and housekeeping didn't catch it. The beds and door handles in the lower kids room had been damaged by someone pretty badly. I can only assume kids jumped on the trundles cracking the frames of it. It is sad really, because you can tell they are not old, just rough tenants at some point. The handles are need tightened for the same reason I assume. A few things that might be added to the kitchen: a colander, a cookie sheet, a little more silverware and small plates. Overall a wonderful place to stay, and if they can fix the above it is 5 stars strong!
