Stayed Dec 1, 2024Mark is the best host. Welcoming, helpful, quick to respond. The house was exactly as described, a charming bungalow in a nice neighborhood. On site parking was a plus. Shopping of all kinds was within a mile of this location. And for me, it was only 5 minutes to my grandkids. Highly recommend this property and Mark

It is centrally located in St. Petersburg so that you can easily get to downtown, the beaches or Gulfport. 10/15 minute drive to any of those locations. The house was as described and the owner is on site some of the time and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. We spent 6 weeks there and would definitely go back.
