Compelling Canal Home with Pool & Large Dock on each side-Cabana Club Included

It was a lovely property for a large family gathering, we rented both sides of the duplex. Convenient to stores and marinas. The manatees in the canal were the bonus we hadn’t anticipated. Would strongly recommend!

Danny was great. We booked three properties for the week wanting them all side by side he made it happen. They take great care of the property which made for a trouble free vacation. The use of the garage is such a bonus for unloading and loading. We will be booking again.

We have rented here in the past and that should say everything you need to know. The place is spacious and very clean. The cabana club 5 min walk was a great perk too.

Our host, Danny, communicated very well and responded quickly! Loved the homes open concept, beautiful pool and dock off the canal. Spent a lot of time fishing out front of the house! Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time staying at this property. Worked well for our family of 9. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool and the Cabana Club is a real bonus. Their is a couple things that need to be updated, The beds are soft and need to be replaced. In the kitchen, their was a real shortage of coffee cups and serving bowls. We have stayed in Key Colony Beach 10 years now, and this place is a winner.

Property is beautiful and located in a quiet community.

We brought two couples with us (we are longtime Key Colony Beach goers...) and they really enjoyed the stay. Couple of glitches with the pool at the house, but Daniel was very responsive, and we had the Cabana Club to fall back on.

The property was very nice - I did have to reach out to the property manager and ask him for many things the house did not have especially plastic glass ware when there is a big pool outside. He also needed to get new bathroom rugs with adhesive on the bottom of them because one or my friends did have a fall on the bathroom floor due to the rug that did not have any adhesive on it. He was very nice and did give me a 15% off discount for not having lots of dishware and rugs which he was going to get before the next renters came in on Saturday. House could use some more pictures on walls - rugs in entire living areas because the noise volume is very loud due to the high ceilings. Very clean but would also have them put up towel racks in all the bathrooms along with toilet paper holders on the walls.Nice home but needs some things added for future rentals.

Loved this property. Excellent location, immaculately clean. Accommodated our party of 6 comfortably. Walking distance to several local pubs and restaurants. Very good communication from the owner Danny who always replied promptly. Hopefully we will return soon.

Loved the house; one of the cleanest and nicely furnished. Property mgr was easy to contact and responded to questions in a timely manner. Will stay here again.

The property location ia great. The Cabana club is a great plus for the property. We sstayed in both sides of the duplex with a total of 20 of us. We had plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Wonderful house. Needs more Attention to the kitchen utensils.

Large house with great pool, grill, and dock. This house was exactly as advertised. Clean inside and out with plenty of room. House is conveniently located on same street at Key Colony's boat ramp and Marina. Made it very easy to drop boat and stop for gas, ice, and bait whenever needed. The house is also a short walk from the Beach Club (which is included) for food, strong drinks, and the beach. Also a quick walk to Havana Jacks Bar and Grill and Sunset Park in the other direction.

Beautiful house, very clean, Danny was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful clean pool. Kind of a pain for trailer parking (costs $150 extra). Gave Danny some suggestions and he was very receptive. Would definitely stay here again.

Was a perfect week! Sunny, lite wind, flat seas and plenty of water activities from sun up to sun down. The house was great with plenty of room inside and out for our family of 10 adults. Nice to stay at a place that everything worked and was just as promised in the house description. Danny was a pleasure to work with from our arrival to our departure. Thanks again for a memorable vacation.
