The bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. We spend a third of our lives asleep, so we hope you enjoy your rest during your stay! There are many spaces for you to spread out and enjoy your time. We have games and books for both children and adults to use. The kitchen is great for any holiday celebrations or even just sharing a meal as a group!

MAIN LEVEL:

Walking through the front door you’ll find a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 full bathrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and a king bedroom on the main floor.
• Living Room #1 - 2 large sofas
• Kitchen/Dining Room - fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar and a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench
• Coffee Bar - Keurig, coffee pot, k-cups, grounds, etc.
• Full Bathroom #1 - located just down the hallway from the living room with a bathtub
• Bedroom #1 - king bed, large closet, en suite bathroom
• Full Bathroom #2 - located in the king bedroom with a large walk-in shower
• Bedroom #2 - queen bed
• Bedroom #3 - queen bed

The spacious open-concept living area boasts cozy seating and expansive windows that flood the room with sunlight, creating the perfect retreat for relaxation after a day of adventure. Whether you`re gathering with family or friends, you can cozy up to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or simply bask in each other`s company in this inviting setting.

Just off the living area, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Down the hall is the first full bathroom #1 with a bathtub. Next to that is the king bedroom with it’s en suite full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway is bedroom #2. The roomy bedroom offers a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and a large closet. Finally you’ll find bedroom #3, which offers a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and a large closet.

Just past the main floor living room, you’ll find a stairway taking you to the basement. The basement is a great space for you to gather as a group. There’s a bar with stools, a smart TV, a dart board, 2 arcade games, and various games that you can enjoy during your stay! There is a second living room, one additional bedroom, a full bathroom, and a workspace.

At the bottom of the stairs you’ll find an open space containing living room #2 with a sleeper sofa, and smart tv. Next to the living room is bedroom #4 offering a queen bed and a smart TV. There’s a cabinet in bedroom #4 that contains the bedding needed for the pullout sofa. Next to that bedroom, you’ll find full bathroom #3 with a stand-up shower. On the other side of the basement you’ll find the bar table and stools, the dart board with a laser throwing line, 2 arcade games, a seating area with 2 chairs and a workspace. There is also a spacious laundry room with all you’d need to do laundry during your stay and stored under the stairs is a pack n play, high chair and baby gates.

OUTDOORS:

You’ll find a deck to enjoy during your stay! The deck is off of the main floor dining room. You’ll find a cozy sectional for you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, and a grill for you to cook a meal to enjoy with your family and friends.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL:

• BATHROOMS - Hair dryers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are all provided.
• TVs - There are smart TVs in both living rooms, and all four bedrooms. Use your login to access your favorite apps.
• MIRRORS - All bedrooms have full-length mirrors, and the first-floor living room has a large round mirror. There are also mirrors in all bathrooms. Plenty of space to spread out for a girls’ trip!
• COFFEE - We provide both a Keurig and a full-pot coffee maker. Included are a variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate k-cups, some pre-packaged grounds for pots of coffee, creamer, sugar, stevia, and honey.
• BASEMENT - The basement game room has a bar table, dart board, arcade games, connect 4, along with other small games.
• LAUNDRY - Our home has a large laundry room and everything you’d need to do laundry.
• KID FRIENDLY - In the basement closet under the stairs you’ll find a pack ‘n play, a high chair, and baby gates. There are also board games in the upstairs living room’s tv stand.
• GRILL - In the yard, you’ll find a propane grill and in the kitchen, you’ll find the grilling tools.
• GARAGE - The garage is available for parking and can fit 2 cars.
• FIRST AID - There is a first aid kit in every bathroom vanity.

The entire home is yours to enjoy for the entirety of your stay! You have access to a large driveway that can accommodate 4 vehicles, a garage that can fit 2 vehicles, and, if needed, additional parking for 1 car is available to the right of the garage (there`s a gravel driveway leading to the side of the garage).

We will get you all set up to access the home remotely, but we`re a short drive away if anything is needed.

Located just three blocks from Lake Como and minutes from historic downtown Lake Geneva, guests have access to a plethora of activities, including water sports, golfing, and shopping. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or an active adventure, the Como Escape is the perfect destination. There are lots of great restaurants less than a mile away! Just ask and we`ll happily provide recommendations.

2. Minimum booking age is 21. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must be present during the stay.

4. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm Fri-Sat, and 9pm Sun-Thurs, to 8am.
5. No smoking inside the home.
6. No candles.
7. Don`t flush wipes or paper products.
