Stayed Apr 18, 2025Check in was a pain. After communicating twice on exact car and driver details, they were messed up. We had to go to the office and spend 20 minutes geting it fixed. Also, we conveyed our interest in renting a golf cart. Even though the website says rental open till 5 pm, people should be aware that it closes at 2. Since check in isn't until 3, we got screwed out of a golf cart for an entire day, which really hampered the trip with one of our party being handicapped. Most everything else on the trip was great. The things that we didn't like about the house are that the listing is wrong. The biggest bed is not in the master bedroom. The strings are cut off the blinds so they cant be adjusted, and the second bedroom has a window with broken locks that can't even be fully shut. That was a safety issue for us. We also had to unplug the television because it would not shut off. Even after turning it off,it would turn itself back on. Overall, a great trip, just minor in inconveniences.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I took my 2 year old, husband, grandmother, little sister, and mom on this trip. We had the pleasure of speaking to the owner of this home before and during our trip and he is truly a great host. The house was beautiful with brand new finishes. We also had the pleasure of speaking to his staff who was very accommodating during our trip and has become sort of like family. We plan to keep in touch. These people are so sweet. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood in a great location, not far from the beach with golf cart or walking access. The neighbors are respectful of the rules and were very nice. I would highly recommend. 10/10 We will book again.
