    Clean and quiet. Spacious townhome. Stocked well. Convenient location as we were visiting various wedding venues. It needed thermostat instructions. The coffee pot filters were too small.

    This property is conveniently located next to Camelback Mtn. The owner was very accommodating and we were able to access the property early as we were spending our arrival day at the waterpark. The house itself is somewhat dated and wasn't terribly clean. There was cookie pieces/crumbs in the downstairs bedroom (on the floor and in the sheets of the one bed). The outside deck was extremely dirty so we didn't bother to use it. The fridge in the kitchen is not full-sized, so this would have been an issue for 5 of us if we were cooking/eating meals at the house. Overall, it was ok for 2 nights, but with a bit of cleaning and some updates, this could be much nicer - especially since the location is really good.

    Four adults and one 6 yr old had more than enough room and found the space to be very clean and neat. We had a great time on the mountain snow tubing and also at the rec center with the indoor pool, jacuzzi, basketball court and tennis courts. These condos are located literally on the mountain, close to the outlets which hosts some of the most popular brands and great places to dine. We made a handful of great memories in a few short days and would absolutely go back and stay again. Truly a great time.

    Townhome is located next to Camelback mountain. Has a community center included for use (for free!) with heated indoor pool, hot tub, indoor sports complex with limited hours but we made use of it. The condo itself was clean, had a basement level with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and laundry facilities with plenty of beds for all the kids, the main level with kitchen and living room with tv, and the upstairs with a bedroom and bathroom. All areas had splits for individual control of heating/air which worked well. Basic amenities were there including soaps, towels, linens. A great value for a large family.
