This warm and inviting, two-story townhouse is perfect for the entire family! Step through your front door into a bright and open space with soaring ceilings, a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table, and a comfy living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV. When the temperature rises, head outside to your furnisheddeck where you can fire up your private gas grill and dine in the fresh mountain air. You will also have access to community tennis courts if you need to polish up your backhand while you're away.

This home is located just a mile northwest of the base of Camelback Mountain Resort, which features some of the best skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and ziplining in the region. The outdoor Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark is a mile and a half east, the Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark (voted the number one indoor waterpark in USA Today in 2019) is two miles east, while the trails and sweeping views of Big Pocono State Park are two miles southeast. Indulge in a relaxing treatment at the Serenity Spa one mile east, or enjoy some retail therapy at the Crossings Premium Outlets only four miles beyond. And if you're looking to pick up some dinner, grab a bite at one of several local restaurants.

All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival.
Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
The shared pool is not accessible.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The house is clean, modern and has high speed internet, along with free Disney plus, Netflix, Hulu, etc. It is only a 5 minute drive to the ski mountain, very convenient. The only thing missing is a hair dryer. I also liked the fireplace, 2 duraflame firelogs were provided which was very thoughtful. Each sink had a hand soap, there were extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. The kitchen was a bit small but fully equipped with utensils, cups, glasses, etc.

    The house was great. Exactly as pictured and easily met our needs. 3 out of the 4 of us went skiing at camelback. Quick access to the mountain from this house.

    Communication with. vacasa was not good at all. The parking rules are ridiculous and the security guard had the personality of a wet mop but the condo was very nice as is the area.

    House was clean and neat through out. Great location, only 6 minutes from Camelback Resort and 9 minutes from Outlets. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family & friends.

    This was a fabulous home to rent. Spotless clean and great location to the resort. Easy access and great communication with Vacasa. My only recommendation is more towels and extra linens. Truly enjoyed our stay!

    The property was very clean. The location was close to the center and to the resort. I loved the house. We traveled with a 6 months old and it was very comfortable and safe. We will definitely come back.
