Stayed Mar 25, 2024The house was very well kept and organized. We were a little surprised when we showed up and this was an occupied duplex rather than a full home. We chose this place because the yard was rather large for our dogs and kids to play in. The only problem was that the other occupants in the duplex also had a dog and the yard was not easily accessible from the house. Our dogs had to remain on leash most of their stay outdoors. Other than the shared space, the home was perfect for our stay. We were 15 minutes from downtown and only 10 minutes from the zoo. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the VRBO app and the owner and we did not receive any check-in/check-out, wifi, or any other home instructions. However, the owner was very prompt and responsive for all of our needs through the app. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in south Nashville.
