Comfy home in nice neighborhood. Short walk to shops, wine, breweries and food

Beautifully remodeled, exceptionally clean home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The location is great--close to the Douglas County Fairgrounds, and many conveniences. The nicest park in Roseburg is a couple short blocks away, and our dogs enjoyed their walks there. There is a great organic restaurant (Good to Go) with smoothies and healthy bowls, a drive-through coffee shop (The Human Bean), and a drive-in burger restaurant with the best fries that I have ever had (Pete's Drive In)---all within a 2 minute walk.We happened to arrive on a hot and humid day, and we were grateful for the central air conditioning that was already turned on for us. The owners made our stay a breeze. This home has a wonderful feeling to it, and we were very fortunate to be able to spend a week staying there.

Very clean and comfortable! I was worried about gimmicky little decorations just cause I had 2 young kids! But it was minimal and spacious so I didn’t have to worry too much! I loved the amenities and the porch/backyard were amazing! I also loved that we were so close to the splash pad!! The walk in bath tub was such a treat! And the apple tree in the backyard, was a hit for the kids!!

Amazing space! Would highly recommend to stay here. It’s a beautiful home, that is comfortable, clean, and spacious. Easy to feel right at home with stocked essentials.Thank you!

This is a very comfortable home. It met all our needs including a very spacious dining room table for cards in the evenings.

Easy to get into. Clean and the AC worked great. Good central location and easy to work with host.

Quick over night on Oregon family trip. We got in late and left early but it was perfect for our needs. Comfy beds and great AC! We didnt use it but I wish there were instructions on how to use the walk-in bath.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable

6 of us went to Roseburg for the night to go to an event. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, 3 cars fit in the driveway with room to spare, house was clean and comfy. Will definitely stay again.

This was my second time staying and hopefully won’t be our last! Love that it is a rambler with a fenced yard! The master bed, is one of the comfiest ones I’ve ever slept in! Kitchen isn’t overly stocked, but plenty for my use! I love that there is a garage, I don’t use it, but makes packing/unpacking so much easier - there are some barky dogs around, but nothing that would deter me from recommending

We enjoyed our time at the house. The house has a comfortable and cozy feel while also being spacious. Comfortable beds. Nice fenced back yard with a covered seating area. The location was perfect for us.
