Stayed Oct 5, 2025Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and others were beeping for a new battery. No filters for coffee maker. No replacement trash bags. Host was fairly communicative before and during our stay. Bedroom 2 (main) bed was uncomfortable & squeaky. Generally clean, shops & restaurants nearby.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025This house is listed as entire home which is not accurate. The tenants in the basement are only separated by a deadbolt and we could hear a baby and dog. Wasn’t a huge deal but VRBO tries to pride themselves on entire homes which we wanted.Kitchen was spare. Would have enjoyed so coffee filters and decent silverware and cookware. Water pressure in shower was great but rest was tired and worn.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025We used this townhouse as the meeting point for our family and friends that were in town for our son's commissioning at Marine Base Quantico. It is located mid-way between the base and the restaurant area. While the furniture assortment is quite eclectic, the house is very functional and served us well.
