The check out process is very reasonable. I loved being able to go through the gate in the back yard and walk down a clear path in the woods. So peaceful.

Convenient access to everything and super nice perks like the speakers throughout the house and patio and the direct access to trails behind the house. Perfect amount of seating for family conversations and game nights.
