Stayed Oct 14, 2021We had a great stay in October 2021. We went for my son's birthday and everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property. It was close to everything!

Stayed Jan 30, 2026The house is very clean with plenty of fresh linens. John was great to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It's a nice quiet street and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to the Asheville area.

Stayed Jan 17, 2026Toilet did not flush and drain. Pet hair everywhere - bed, couch, towels, throw etc.Although the owner tried to fix it, the issues did not leave us with a good impression on the property unfortunately.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025Great location. Very nice for a couple maybe 2. Limited seating in the kitchen/living room. Beds were very good. Showers were awesome....very hot and lots of water pressure. An improvement would be a TV in the bedroom but was OK without.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025It was a perfect place to stay, straight shot to the Biltmore and easy to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Had a rustic cabin feel, but easy city access. Owner communication was quick and easy, had no issues, but felt if there had been one he’d have been right on top of it
