★Living Area:
Step into the welcoming living room, adorned with beach decor and equipped with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a collection of movies and DVDs for your entertainment.
>★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and dishwasher, perfect for preparing delicious meals.

★Dining:
Gather around the high table that seats 4 or the dining room table that accommodates 6, both with easy access to the pool.

★Bedrooms:
Bedsheets provided.
The master bedroom features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, offering a retreat for relaxation.
The second bedroom boasts two twin beds.
The third bedroom includes a queen bed and a tri-fold vanity mirror.

★Bathrooms:
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub.
The second bathroom with a tub serves the additional bedrooms.

★Pool:
Step outside to the screened lanai and pool area, complete with outdoor seating for 6 and lounge chairs.
Please note that both the pool and hot tub are heated to 86°F daily from 8AM to 8PM (Temperature cannot be changed). Heating is not provided during the summer and fall months. Additionally, when outdoor temperatures fall below 70°F, the pool temperature may be affected, so we cannot guarantee consistent water temperatures during cooler weather.

Embrace the charm of an older Florida home, nestled among large trees that may add a touch of nature to the pool area, complemented by a newly installed fence that provides both style and privacy to your outdoor space.

★Parking:
Enjoy the convenience of parking under the carport and in the driveway.

★Location:
Novus Place is ideally located just 2 miles (3.2 km) from the historic downtown, easily accessible by bike. Explore the vibrant city life, dine in local eateries, and visit nearby beaches such as Lido Beach and Siesta Beach (15-20 min drive).

★Important Notes & Rules:
- No parties

- Pets may be accepted, contact us first
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F, and heat cannot be higher than 77 F
- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
- Use the pool and hot tub at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty; supervise children at all times
- Pool and Spa are both heated at 86 F – Temperature cannot be changed

★Add-on:
Traveling with a little one We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!

★Wildlife Safety Tips:
The state of Florida is home to diverse wildlife. Do not touch, handle, or feed wildlife. Follow safety guidelines near lakes and rivers, especially with dogs and young children. Keep doors and windows closed, and do not leave food items outside. In case of nuisance or threat, contact 9-1-1 or a wildlife removal company.
