Comfy 3Bd House with Arcade, Ping Pong, Fire Pit, Walk to Purdue, Golf, Sports!

Cute and clean renovated house was very convenient for our stay.

I tend to evaluate experiences using all of my senses and did so at New! Comfy 3Bd House. The home was filled with a light aroma that was pleasant and lingered throughout my two-day stay. The look of the house inside was fresh, well lit, newly remodeled, and felt cozy and safe. It had lots of charming touches to the decor and showed the care that had been used when decorating it. The home was ideal for my pet dog, especially with a fenced-in back yard. Communication with the Office Manager Sharon was professional, prompt, personable, caring and efficient. I highly recommend this property to others who will find many comforts of home in their stay here.

The home was beautiful, open layout and very spacious. Our host was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood.

Everything was as expected from the listing description and reviews. Communication with Sharon was clear and prompt. The house was steps to the golf course and very close to campus.

Property was clean and as advertised. Check in/accessing the property was easy. Perfect location for our golf outing at the Purdue courses.

Great location and very clean.

Nice location and super convenient if you're looking for golf. Only feedback is the drive up appeal to the property was not good, grass was overgrown and look unkept. Beds are not comfortable so beware of bringing your own pillow or foam top if you plan on staying extended time. Make sure the AC unit is working when it's extra hot out, unit may have a hard time keeping up. If so, just sleep in the basement, it was very cool down there. Other than that, I'd recommend this property and if you have any issues, Sharon is on it and will work with you to address your issues.

It was a nice home, very clean. One bed/bath combo is in the basement.

House was very well supplied, extremely clean, great neighborhood and great location. Fenced in yard was a big plus as our dog enjoying running around chasing squirrels and rabbits. The only negative was that there was no wood in the fire pit and grass not recently mowed. No big deal, but it would have added to an already excellent stay. Thanks.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. Everything was as described—plenty of space to visit with two separate sitting areas & the basement activities. All beds were comfy-including the one in the basement. There are plenty of extra pillows, etc. This home was meticulously clean and we felt “at home”—Sharon has thought of everything and was super responsive to any questions. The outdoor space looks nice but it was too cool for us to utilize— fenced yard, grill, seating and fire pit area with chairs. Our young adult children loved the basement activities: ping pong, basketball & Pac Man.Sharon gave us permission to host some of our daughter’s friends for a few hours—we had cake for her birthday and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 2 guys in our group forgot shampoo & soap—but there were plenty of option under the sink for them to use. We will definitely stay here again—it’s a great option in West Lafayette.

Hanging egg chair was a hit! Super comfortable beds. Sectional was great. Both k-cup and traditional coffee makers available. Super cute mugs. Updated appliances. This place was a great place to stay at

House was very clean, well stocked and great location.

This was our second stay at this property and is quickly becoming our “GO TO” for our trips to Purdue! Walking distance to the campus and super close to the stadium. There is plenty of room to entertain and the basement game room has been a big hit with everyone. This house is super clean and stocked with everything we needed! The host has been excellent whenever we had questions or needed anything! Can’t wait for our next trip to Boiler country!

This is the best VRBO property we have stayed at in West Lafayette. The house is way more spacious than its appearance from the road! Great location, quiet neighborhood, and so so clean!

The inside is much better than the outside. Nice size backyard.

Our family has grown to need more space when gathering all together (3 generations now). This property was walkable to the gathering spot (a home 2 blocks north of campus). Checking in and out was easy. Host was responsive to the few questions I had. West Lafayette has regulation of requiring names, emails, phone numbers and relationships to each other.

House is in a great location to Purdue campus. We stayed 2 nights of our greater Midwest road trip. We were over half way through our trip, so laundry room on main floor was a nice convenience. My teen boys enjoyed Pac-Man, ping pong, and basketball hoop in the basement. Comfortable furniture in the living room. Plenty of space for our family of 4.
