Stayed Dec 31, 1969Spent 6 nights with our family of 8 and enjoyed every minute at this property. Location is convenient to many great attractions. We went to Manitou, Royal Gorge, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Santa Express, and Dinosaur Resource Center. It truly was our home away from home. Loved the kids playroom, the fire place was on every night as we watched movies, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast before heading out every day. The table of 8 allowed all of us to sit at the same time. My brother loves to BBQ and so we had the BBQ pit on as well as the fire pit to keep warm. We can’t wait to plan our next trip.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025House was clean and very easy to live in. We came for Charis healing is here conference. It is just minutes away so it was easy to go back and forth. The use some of the garage was very helpful..

Stayed Jun 30, 2025We have everything that we need that makes it perfect for us . Attended family bible conference it’s perfect for my family and youth of our church . Very close to the venue , great space , nice view from the dinning area , massive washer and drier , deer sighting to greet us when we come back home ? the kids loved , able to cook simple meals for our family and youth which save us money. Will definitely come back for future conferences of Charis Bible College and Andrew Wommack Ministries.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024This was the second time we stayed at this house. We stayed in August 2023 and again in August 2024. We had no problems either time. We needed a place close to Charis Bible College, so the location was perfect for us! The house looks just like the pictures! Great place to stay!

Stayed Jun 24, 2024Our family of six had a wonderful stay in Woodland Park. The location was perfect - a short drive to so many great attractions in the area. The house was also equipped with all the small appliances, pots/pans, kitchen and bath necessities, etc. Little things that may not seem like a lot (tissues, plenty of blankets and bath towels, paper towels, coffee filters, etc.) made a huge difference in our ability to arrive and immediately begin our vacation. In addition, the house had everything we needed while traveling with a 1 yr old - high chair, pack n play, toddler toys, gated back yard and front porch, and more. I highly recommend this rental for families traveling to the Colorado Springs area.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023Lots of great things about this property! It’s spacious, clean, kid friendly, and the local doe visited daily. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our party, so we occupied all of the rooms in the house and cooked all meals in. It was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, glassware and storage containers. We enjoyed the deck, front porch, and the gas fire pit was great for S’mores. We would definitely stay again!
