Stayed Dec 14, 2024Bryan obviously went to extra lengths to make the house comfortable. It was decorated for Christmas and had all the things we needed. The pool and hot tub were heated on request and a fabulous treat for our family from cold Michigan. Bryan answered all my questions before and during our stay promptly. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. We’ll contact Bryan for our next stay in Katy!

Stayed Dec 29, 2023It is a very nice property. It is used but well maintained property. The highlight of the property is the pool and spa. It can fit several people in it. I highly recommend the property with the various amenities and large area spaces inside. It is in a good area on Houston.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023We were in Houston to attend a surprise anniversary party for our friends. The house was close to their house and worked out perfect for us. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool was a wonderful added benefit.

Stayed Apr 20, 2023I celebrated my 41st bday at Byron's amazing home in Katy, Tx. The home is very clean & looks just like the pic's. The backyard & pool area are beautiful & relaxing & the 4 bdrms are spacious & comfortable. Byron's communication was spot on & he helped resolve an internet issue right away. I was so pleased with our entire stay & I will look to stay here again when we return to Houston. Thank you Byron!
