Take your pick: golf, tennis, or the beach All three are within easy grasp at this townhome with a prime location! Start your morning in a rocking chair on the lovely screened-in porch with a cup of coffee. Once you’ve decided how to spend your day, head inside to the well-equipped galley kitchen for breakfast prep. Be it pancakes or cereal, you’ve got all the gadgets you need on hand. When it’s time to eat, step over to your adjacent dining area for six, and then stack the dishes in the dishwasher when you’re done. When it’s time to head out, you’ve got access to shared tennis courts and a shared pool. The Shipyard Golf Club and the beach are minutes away. After a day on the greens, on the court, or in the water, head back home and get comfortable for the evening. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has a private deck, and there’s a shared deck outside with a gas grill and table for four, perfect for dinner and a sundowner. Get comfy on the living room sofas before bed and watch some TV on the flatscreen. Just make sure that backhand is ready for the courts tomorrow.

From check in to departure everything was great. Unit 1101 in Shipyard was very spacious and well equipped. Outside table, screened porch, large living room made for a very comfortable stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. This is the place for a family getaway
This is our third year renting and we love it here. We especially love: the well equiped kitchen and large dining room table, as we cook in most of the week (2) the hominess of the unit and (3) the powder room on the first floor and (4) the screened in porch.

This home and our week in it was truly incredible!! Sincerely, our stay couldn't have been better from start to finish. This rental offered the perfect amount of space for our family, and it was super clean and very well stocked. Additionally, it is handicap friendly, kid-friendly and baby-proofed - all of which we GREATLY benefited. Access to the beach is a beautiful short walk with private beach access and the community pool is just a stone's throw away. I promise, you won't find a better location! You will be centrally located to just about anything you might want to see or do on the island, and the owners, Mike and Sandy, are kind enough offer some really fantastic suggestions. Renting from them was truly a blessing. They were so gracious throughout the entire process and were always available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. On a scale of 1-5, every member of my family would give our experience a 10! ;-) The only complaint was that we had to go home. We hope to make 1101 Tennis Master an annual tradition for years to come!
We loved kicking off our summer staying in this spacious Tennismaster unit. There are so many amenities that allowed us to relax and enjoy. In addition to the large family room, the screened in porch was the perfect gathering space. Location was fabulous with easy walking to both the pool and the beach. Many memories were made and we can't wait to come back!
Perfect place for our family to explore Hilton Head for the first time. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax...loved the screened in porch! The bike paths, accessibility to the beach and shops, and dining did not disappoint.
This condo has everything you need to kick back and enjoy your vacation on HHI. Mark and Sandy are absolutely the best owners to work with hands down these 2 go the extra mile. This was our second stay in this condo in 2 years and I would definitely stay here in the future! 2 thumbs up on this condo!!!!!
The townhome worked out perfect for our family to enjoy some fun R&R together! So close to the beach ..just a very short bike ride away. We love Shipyard and it’s proximity to everything! Kitchen was well stocked w everything we needed to stay in and cook! I do recommend making dining reservations “before” arriving in HH this year..everything was booked solid by the time we got there..also recommend having the bikes delivered to your door and picked up! This worked great..but also a good idea to reserve in advance! We used outdoor outfitters .Sandra was so helpful with any question we had and the home fit our needs perfectly! Loved the screened in back porch for coffee and enjoying the summer nights! Thanks for a wonderful week!
We have stayed in Tennis Master a couple of times. The location is great. It is about a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, with a 4 year-old on training wheels. Without a 4-year old in tote, you could probably do it in under 3 minutes. Shipyard's unique exits to both William Hilton Pkwy and Pope Ave make getting to just about anything on the island as easy as it gets. The units themselves are spacious. We had 4 adults and 1 child and never once felt crowded. This unit in particular mad very good space of their outdoor space. They have a sunroom/screened porch and patio space. This was nice as it created a separate, covered, space that allowed me to handle a couple of business calls while there. Kitchen is averagely stocked with utensils, pots, and pans for most VRBO rentals on HHI. You will want to pack in your own spices if you would like anything outside of salt and pepper. Having a propane grill with the unit was very much a plus as normally most VRBO rentals on the island have community grills. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We would stay here again, particularly if we were bringing family with us. Great for families.
We enjoyed our stay at 1101 Tennismaster. The location was perfect with beach access just a short bike ride away. The condo provided us with plenty of room with it's large bedrooms and screened in porch. The owners were great and extremely responsive. Great condo!
