I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location, the pool was awesome and Adam Marks was a pleasure to work with, he made the process easy and answered all of our questions, great expearence.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home checked all the boxes for our 4 couple, 1 two-year old, and 1 dog week stay at the Cape. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and separate lounging space...and pool was a big hit!Very clean and no carpeting which is key with my allergies.Only suggestion is to replace some missing kitchen items like new pots/pan set, small lunch plates, small bowls, and sharper knives. We like to cook/grill and eat in so easy additions to make for a wonderful stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The pool is amazing and the house is very comfortable. The kitchen was not well-appointed, but the property manager was very responsive and within days we had everything we needed. It is worth mentioning that there is background street noise, as the house is close to the highway, but for us this was not a big deal. The other thing worth noting is that NO linens are included at all (as they state - they are up front about this in the listing) but this also includes kitchen towels. Overall we loved the pool, were impressed by the responsiveness of the property manager, and had a great vacation.

Stayed Aug 14, 2022We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family’s needs. There are quiet places to sit and read, a place for those who wished to play games and a large, sunny room for us all to gather. My grandson learned to swim in the beautiful pool.
