Everything was great!
Wonderful house, convenient location, well stocked home. Importantly, very clean and comfortable. What made it better was the communication with the owners when we had any issue or question. Rosalie made herself so available it felt like concierge service. Thank you for that. My only complaint was the dryer that melted a few of our jacket zippers when we placed it in to dry. We just stopped using it unless we absolutely needed something washed and dried. Overall, id recommend this to anyone. Thank you for allowing us to stay here!
We had 4 couples stay here over the New Year (2023). This house is perfect 4 bedroom and a beautiful kitchen living area for eating and hanging out. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus to use after a great day skiing on the hill. The house is so conveniently located and we used the Mountaineer shuttle to get around during the storm. Some even walked to resort chair which was not far away. I highly recommend staying here and Rosalie is an impeccable host!!
We had a great experience renting this home. The location was very nice, on a quiet street where you can take walks along the trail, very close to groceries and food, and short drive to Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Accessing the house was really easy using the garage keypad. The house was really nice, clean and well furnished, nice bedding, lots of small touches that made the stay more comfortable. The kids loved the pinball machines and fooseball table upstairs in the open loft, and the adults loved the hot tub and outdoor sauna. Keep in mind, there is no AC and some windows we couldn’t leave open since they didn’t have screens and we didn’t want mosquitos to come in so it did get a bit hot. The only glitches were the cooking vent in the center island and the clothes dryer wasn’t working. We had a great weekend and would definitely love to stay here again.
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Olympic Valley. The property is even more gorgeous in person. Rosalie was so helpful and communicative before, during and after our stay. It was everything we dreamed of!
First, Rosalie and Dan are amazing hosts. They were very communicative and responsive before and during our stay. We visited with an extended family of all ages and this home was spacious and accommodating. The house is super close to Palisades and definitely the most well equipped home we've stayed at. We look forward to visiting here again. Thank you, Rosalie and Dan!
Woah. Just came here with a group of old buddies to ski and we had SUCH a comfortable stay. This place has a great feel. The downstairs is nice and open and the master is gorgeous. Beds has nice linens and everything was well stocked. We used the hot tub a ton. Little creek running through the backyard was serene. The host was super friendly. We hope the be back!
We had a wonderful stay at this home in Olympic Valley. The downstairs living room and kitchen is really well laid out for a large group and the kitchen table expands to seat 12. There is a game area upstairs with a tv which was perfect for our kids. It snowed while we were there are the kids played in the yard for hours. The house is very close to Palisades, less than a five minute drive, which was so convenient. We would definitely come back to this home. The hosts are very kind an accommodating. They made our trip easy!
We had a large group of 11 people and had a fantastic time renting at 410 Indian Trail. The property is just minutes from Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows which made it a breeze to get to both mountains early to beat the crowds. The kitchen's 2 dish washers were great for our group dinners and the kitchen was fully stocked with enough dishware, glassware, and silverware to facilitate our group. Everything in the home was spotless and the amenities were amazing. The sauna, hot tub, and fireplace were all enjoyed after long days of skiing the mountains. Highly recommend staying here with large groups due to proximity to the mountain and the high level of amenities available in the home and on the property. Rosalie was a pleasure to communicate with anytime there was something we needed or had questions about.
My family and friends had a blast staying at Rosalie & Dan's cabin. The cabin was clean, comfortable and very close to the Palisades Mountain. Rosalie was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend staying at the cabin and will stay there again!
