Comfortable home, great location

Great location in town, clean home, comfortable beds

Great clean property! Everything was in functional and working order. Perfect location for any adventurous group! The host was very responsive and kind! We would stay here again in a heart beat. Highly recommend!

The two living rooms were nice and all beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. This was a great place for four couples to stay!

The place was just as we expected. Our only problem was with the kitchen range; the two large burners did not work correctly and took forever to heat up the food we were preparing.

I'm sure it was an oversight, but dishwasher and dryer were not emptied upon arrival. If you're looking for high end, this is not the place. Could definitely use some updates. But house was in a great location, very clean, had comfortable beds, and met our needs.

This is a spacious house with plenty of room. It would be a good place for large groups or families. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities.

We enjoy our stay. Everything was as stated in the listing. Would stay there again.

From pre-arrival all the way through the stay to departure, our experience was terrific! Our host communicated timely, accurately and was so helpful with a few local objectives we had. The property was exactly what we needed, priced competitively and perfectly described. We’ll certainly seek to stay again on our next visit!

Exterior: weeds everywhere. Pictures were taken immediately after the landscaping installation. The landscaping has not been kept up. Interior: hood over stove was literally dripping grease and dirt into our food while we cooked. We removed the vents and cleaned them multiple times for the next visitors. Clearly those maintaining the property are not doing the proper cleaning. The oven was horrific. Very out dated trailer house, cabinets are peeling, furniture is very warn out with many stains. Don’t let the pictures and reviews fool you. Would not recommend this property.

Enjoyed the home.

It was clean and very pleasant. Quiet and peaceful. We hiked calf creek falls that day and it was a fantastic home to come to. Had enough hot water for everyone to shower. Loved it. There was also enough seating for everyone.

This is a large single-story house with a master bedroom at one end, 3 medium-sized bedrooms clustered at the other end with two living rooms and a kitchen in between. The quality of construction and furniture were basic, but everything worked well. The location in town was perfect for us. The house fit our needs well.

Perfect location for Escalante hikes and proximity to restaurants and grocery! Host is great and responds immediately.

We appreciated this location for close proximity to the State Park and Lower Calf Creek Falls. The bedding was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. The kitchen didn’t have everything to cook with but they had two refrigerators and it met our needs fine. Fun spot for a base while you adventure the area.

This home worked very well for our backpacking group before tackling Coyote Gulch slot canyon. It had everything we needed and was well located to stores and restaurants. If we returned; we'd stay again.

This is the perfect location for your Escalante adventures. Everything about our stay was easy! Great home, close to main street, absolutely perfect!
