Upon arrival, we found the neighborhood to be a little sketchy, mostly older apartments and row houses, but had no problems with neighbors or noise. The interior of the house was very clean and nicely modernized. It was very bright with stainless kitchen appliances. The bedrooms upstairs were large and I thought the beds were very comfortable (I like a softer mattress). We did cover the couch with a sheet because it had water stains all over the cushions. The air conditioning is a big negative of this nice space. The downstairs had a window unit that struggled to cool the lower floor. In addition to having the A/C on high at it's lowest temperature setting, we had to have a fan circulating in the living room in order to be cooled. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a portable A/C unit that cooled THAT bedroom well but left the other bedroom unbearably warm. My two teen-aged daughters were in that bedroom and they were miserable. They had a fan on each of them and we tried directing the cool air from the one bedroom into theirs with another fan but it did little to help. (If you have teen-aged girls, you know what a treat they are the next day if they didn't get good sleep.) It was also oddly humid in the apartment. We found our snacks and vitamins got soggy if they weren't in very tightly sealed containers. Overall, it was a nice, clean, modern apartment with cooling issues in a slightly run-down neighborhood. I'd stay there again in the cooler months, but not in the summer.
Rental was exactly as listed. Hostess was quick to reply with questions. Rental was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this cozy rental.
Stayed here for 4 nights as we toured CSU, CU and Mines with our teenage son. We also trekked into Denver and Rocky Mountain Natl park. Location is good for all of it; but of a drive to Denver though. Neighborhood is ok. Off a busy road but it was super quiet at night.
The property was beautiful. The house had just about everything we needed already there. It was great to have a reserved parking spot.
Great property, very clean, nice big backyard, had a solid stay.
This property was clean and Stacy was easy to work with throughout our stay. The property is located in a densely populated yet quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roadways in Loveland. Coffee and creamer were provided which was a nice treat.
Enjoyed staying here with friends while we explored Rocky Mountain National Park! Loveland, Fort Collins, and Longmont all close by for activities!
Took the kids to the Rocky Mountains. This townhome was in a perfect location to restaurants, Estes Park, and Boyd Lake State Park. We enjoyed unwinding here after a long day of hiking!
This property is newly remodeled and is very attractive and comfortable! It is centrally located in Loveland, so it was very convenient for our stay. The property manager was very attentive and gave immediate response to all our queries. Our family would book again!
Property was clean and nicely updated, communication was good. Close enough to Estes Park with a great price.
The property is about a neighborhood block away from lake and river bike trails, then there are more just about everywhere. The folks in the area are all very nice as well. Even with Covid, folks were aware and courteous. The condo was great in that it allowed us to hang out, eat, sleep, relax, exercise and visit with our family. We would recommend staying there.
