We had a wonderful ski trip, and plenty of room for several families. Convenient location to shopping, and close to the slopes.

The property was reasonably adequate but not accurately photographed or represented in the ad. The top photo of the hot tub is very misleading. It’s crammed into a dark and dingy deck. The real issue though, is the property manager: Vacasa. They are rude, aggressive, incompetent and to be avoided at all costs. They lied to me about text messages they claimed to have sent and never did. They angrily and without even 30 seconds’ hesitation denied me a ONE HOUR late check out after a 9-night stay!STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY VACASA.

The house was great for several families and kids! Convenient location to shopping and a short drive to the mountains, or a short walk to the bus stop. We had a wonderful time.

The garage was filled with multiple weeks of garbage that stuck very bad. We sent text to manager and heard crickets. All cans were full, lose bags piled in garage. We thought of putting outside for animals but we thought they would charge us. Very unacceptable

I coincidentally stayed at this same unit in 2017 which I believe was before Vacasa began managing. It is somehow better than I remember without any noticebale renovations. Cleanliness was great and I really appreciated the automated communication and timing of those communications. I responded to our check-in text when I noticed an issue with the dryer which was ultimately user error. That text was answered quickly and I soon received a text from the local tech that offered additional help. Overall had a great experience and would highly recommend Vacasa Park City. As for the unit, had everything we needed and the hottub was ready to go and smelled of strong chlorine which tells me it must be clean! Could use a slight upgrade on pillow firmness but overall everything was great.

We had 11 of us (9 kids ages 6-17) use this house as our base camp for our skiing adventures at the Canyons MT (which is super close by about 2 miles away at most). The location of this neighborhood is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants that are great and reasonable for kids, Walmart, Whole Foods, ski rental shop (we had great help at Christie's ski shop near MODs pizza for snowboarding and skiing equipment and clothes). Sleeping arrangements were a little different than posted pictures, the one room with what looks like a bunk bed with another bed is just a bunk bed, but the room next to it with fireplace and couch turns into a queen size bed so we still slept 4 people downstairs. The kitchen was useful, new dishwasher, bathrooms clean. Wishlist for future: extra blankets would be nice. We found extra pillows but no extra cases for them but I went to Walmart and bought some cheapie ones. They do provide detergents but no dryer sheets. Other supplies we did need to purchase was kitchen size garbage bags, though extra bags were provided for small trash cans in bathrooms etc. Also a posting of when trash pickup for the neighborhood would be useful because the trash cans were full when we got there already so previous guests probably didn't put the cans out or cleaning people forgot and we kept waiting to see when cans would need to go back out.........regardless, would definitely stay again.

Nice property . Only thing I would recommend is to have a few basic cooking amenities there. There was not even salt there . Fairly unusual for a property this quality

Nice home in a great location. Was disappointed in the cleanliness however. There were some empty beer cans in the home and garage. A pair of pants under one of the beds. Thick dust on the leather sofa and chairs and crumbs on the kitchen floor.
