Orderville, Utah
In the midst of beautiful Southern Utah scenery, enjoy this home on a quiet street away, but easily accessed, from the busy US Highway 89 in the small town of Orderville. It has a fascinating Utah pioneer history with most of the residents having roots back to the founding families of the 1800s. The Native American tribes of Paiutes, Navajos, and Moquis camped and hunted the region. Walk through the town safely and hike several local trails and canyons close by. Watch for fantastic sunrises and sunsets, with views of towering white and vermillion cliffs and rolling hills in the valley. Don't forget to take your camera. This home has 3 bedrooms which will sleep 8 with 2 bathrooms, dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at a small bar. There is a lighted basketball court with outdoor seating in a shaded area. Also a BBQ grill and firepit for enjoying the evening and roasting marshmallows.
Dated but comfy home. Great home base for southern Utah adventures if you don’t need a lot of space. Worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults. Would stay again!
A good launching pad for Bryce, Zion and Kanab
We had a wonderful time staying at this place. Easy access to both Bryce Canyon and Zion NP. Friendly hosts greeted us when we checked in and gave us some instructions and recommendations. The house was well stocked with the essentials. Supermarket is within 1 min drive. Would stay again.
Quiet neighborhood, 45-60 min from both parks. Double wide mobile home, older furnishings, very clean.
Retro-cool house. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Thanks.
Great location - short drive to both Zion and Bryce Canyon, very clean and well-stocked house! Really appreciated all the extras to make our stay comfortable - AC, heat, extra blankets and fans.
We had a great time at Derek's house! It is large and well-equipped (including lots of books and toys). Also very clean. We enjoyed a quiet time in the house, and our kids played basketball in the yard. Derek and Sue helped us with all we needed and were so pleasant and kind. We recommend it warmly!
Had a great stay. It is a convenient location. It was clean and well stocked with needed items.
We had a good time. The property is as describes. All are functional and clean. I would describe decor as retro.
This property is in an excellent location for visiting Bryce and Zion, but also so many other places are within reasonable driving time. Lovely little village. The house was clean, pictures on site accurate, owners great with communication, everything was clean and neat. We lacked for nothing. We felt like it was comfy like home. It isn't modern and swanky, it's retro, but that didn't phase us at all. Everything worked, everything clean. We weren't there ever during the day, but they had a great yard to relax in and had stuff for kids to do. They had signs posted around where necessary to explain how to work things, etc. The owners really take care of their property. You can tell they care! We wish them all the best with their rental endeavor! Thanks you guys! Todd and Patricia. SW Pennsylvania
Property is clean, two bedrooms are good size, third one very small. Good washer and dryer, laundry detergents provided. Property has practically everything that is needed for days spent in nearby canyons. We were sorry we could not use the piano.
Online was very easy.
This home was the perfect spot for us to stay during our visit to Zion and Bryce. It is an easy drive to both, and we enjoyed the town (including its local food truck options). The house itself has everything we needed, was clean and well-maintained, and has a spacious backyard and comfortable front porch to enjoy. The hosts were clear in their communication beforehand so we never even had any questions and therefore no need to contact them during our stay. Contactless check-in was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again!
Perfect location between Zion and Bryce. Plenty of room for the whole family. The house had everything we needed.
Good location. Nice property.
This house met our needs and was very comfortable. After each day of adventure, we enjoyed relaxing in this space. It was like being at Grandma's house. The vintage decor gave a homey feel and the price and location fit our plans well. The hosts were very kind and helpful.
Thanks, great place to visit Zion and Bryce.
We had a great stay here as Orderville is a good location for going to Zion and Bryce National parks, this home was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay, we also did Cedar Break which is like a mini Bryce Canyon and well worth a visit, I would suggest doing Zion first then Bryce.
This property is clean, attractive, and very comfortable for a group of up to 5 people. Good access to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks.
