Great 70's vibe, family area, wonder backyard fire pit! Just whaty family needed a home away from home.

It is a charming cottage equipped perfectly. Great communication with the host. Beautiful, private backyard. Covered parking for easy loading and unloading. Super location.

House was wonderful! Just as described, we had a great time. 4 adults and 2 children and we found plenty of activities at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked. Several people talked about the beautiful plants. House and outdoor areaa were very clean.

This house is so cute! It was easy to find, had ample parking, and the location is fantastic. The backyard is cozy and private. There is a Keurig and a Drip style machine if that matters to you. This is just a gorgeous home. I wish I knew how to decorate like this! We would definitely stay here again. Perfect!

I truly felt at peace here. We had everything we needed there within the home and the garage. I can’t find enough words to express my gratitude to Cissy. I was able to breathe. The flowers, the plants, the bed! All amazing! The check in process was seamless. Stay here every chance you get!

We had a party of four and this place was absolutely perfect. Great location to get to the beach and downtown. The place has all the amenities you will need. Even the garage is equipped with a/c, tv, fridge sofa. It’s like a whole separate living space. Covered area for car. Beautiful fenced backyard that was great to relax. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Easily 5 stars.

The house is so cute and very pretty inside and out! Loved all the plants and the hang out space in the finished garage and the backyard. Great place to vacation and wonderful communication and kindness from the owners!

This home is an old charmer from the 40s. Extremely well maintained in the St. john’s district. Great yard for the dogs. Close to all downtown attractions yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. Around the corner is the St. john’s cemetery with the first interment in the 1860s. Definite recommend

House was cool and had everything you need for a longer stay. The yard and fire pit was a great bonus

Awesome house, nice backyard, sweet garage, close to downtown and joe pattis with just a short drive to the beach!

The property was beautiful. Nice open floor plan. Lots of items included that you might need (beach towels, lotion, aloe vera), fully equipped kitchen, dog bed and toys, great converted garage to rec room. We plan to visit again!

The Simmons House far exceeded our expectations. The owners / managers have thought of EVERYTHING! Every little detail was covered from dog treats and dog toys to bath linens and beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler) to coffee and laundry soap. Everything exceeded expectations, the decor, the beds, the pillows, the appliances, the fully enclosed fenced in yard and the list goes on and on. Not only would I / we recommend the Simmons House, but we will most definitely stay there again.
