Close to the beach and cozy
There for a family reunion, this house is too small for more than two people to do much in, and the rules were strict about no more than two people specifically, the two on the rental agreement, other family had a larger house on the other side of town for all the kids and everyone so that was fine. This house was so convenient. A little dated but comfy. We felt it was clean but carpet needed de-staining. Hope that is addressed. It’s a very basic cabin. But it was safe and convenient in a lovely wooded environment and we liked that. Funny old shower and tub spigot a little frustrating and worn out. That’s life! But a good little old school beach house vibe shelter in a very special and popular beach community which we dearly love.
The location was nice and the house was clean, however it is in need of several upgrades to warrant the nightly rate charged
Clean, well maintained, good bedding, quiet and comfortable.
Our stay was fantastic. Manzanita is a low key easy to access many great features of this coast line in Oregon. We would definitely do this again.
Very nice
We had a great stay. A classic beach home! A bit out dated but that is part of the astetic. Manzanita is all you need from a town, with easy access to Cannon Beach. The house could use some more blankets, but that would be my only complaint.
Cozy cabin, not fancy or deluxe, but has what you need. Clean, nice quiet location and great outdoor decks. A few minor complaints were addressed promptly.
Was smaller than expected, and getting into the front door was challenging. The quiet location was much appreciated and I liked the cozy atmosphere - perfect for one or two people. We always love staying in Manzanita and beach access was just 5 minutes away.
This location in Manzanita is ideal. It’s a quiet part of town, but easily walkable to the main drag or the beach, if you don’t mind a little bit of uphill walking. It’s cozy for 1 or 2 people, with an open upstairs bedroom loft. The kitchen set up is awkward, but you’ll manage. The appliances are nice, and the kitchen tools are good. I wouldn’t want to cook anything complicated given the set up and the lack of electrical outlets. The wifi was pretty weak, and I could not use it for work video conferences, as I had hoped, though it was fine for using the internet and streaming video. I would stay here again, because I loved the setting and location, and I don’t really cook that much lol.
Awesome property, awesome trip.
A perfect place to relax for a couple of days.
Everything was fine.
Beautiful setting and you can walk into town or the beach.
close to beach, quiet neighborhood. Would be nice for the price if a few things were upgraded, blinds, carpets... eventually bath and kitchen
This is a wonderful spot to just relax and enjoy the neighborhood, the ocean, and Manzanita
