Stayed Feb 28, 2025The property was very nice and clean. Only downside was that it was a duplex and the family next door hung out in the backyard until very late at night and were very loud. But that isn't the fault of the propertu.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024We came in for freshman orientation at Ga. Southern. The cottage was exactly what we needed. From a laundry basket above the washer and dryer to placemats on the dining table and even the “In Case you Forgot” basket in the bathroom, it was obvious that Kailin and her team want guests to feel at home when they walk in the door. It was nice to flop onto the comfy couch and recliner after a long day and just relax. The wife was quick to check availability for Parents Weekend in September but it was no surprise that it was already booked. It has been saved as a favorite for future stays.

Stayed Feb 18, 2022My husband and I brought our son to preview day at Ga Southern with our family dog. The place was in close proximity to the campus, restaurants, coffee, etc. The set up is ideal for dogs and family. Clean and well appointed. They even had extra toothbrushes and toiletries just like a hotel. They had coffee and options to choose from at the house if you didn’t want to venture out. We will book again if we need the same accommodations with kids and dogs.
