Comfortable Beach Cottage In South Nags Head

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our 5 day stay at Joe's Sea Lure Cottage. We loved the convenient 5 minute walk to an outstanding beach. The two decks provide so much extra space to spread out and the view on the top was stunning. Fully stocked kitchen and we made use of the grill. Joe is an excellent communicator providing easy check in check out instructions. Thanks so much!

Everything was great. The place was clean and in a great location. Joe was super helpful.

Sealure was great! The walk to the beach was no more than 5 minutes and the water was super refreshing! Most necessities are right up the street, Food lion being maybe 7 minutes down the road! They have all the beach necessities which is very helpful too! Everything was awesome, The outdoor shower water pressure was amazing as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sealure. The house was exactly as described by the owners, and even had a few extra touches we didn’t expect, such as a good amount of children’s books and games to play, and lights decorating the top deck- great for a sky gazing with a nightcap in the evening! But absolutely above all else, this location was CLEAN. I have had other OBX rentals which have required a lot of cleaning from me, despite the cleaners having come before our rental began, but that was not the case here. The place was spotless and it was so nice to be able to just unpack and settle in.Great, quick walk to beach access. We were able to do it easily with a three and one year old in tow.Overall, would definitely recommend this house!

Clean and quiet. Away from main highway so all you hear is the ocean and wind. Fishing pier just a few minutes away and plenty of beach access.

We stayed here for the long Memorial Day weekend and it was great! The home was exactly what was advertised and they even had a little bag of essentials waiting for us when we arrived. The check in process is essentially effortless! The host was also great at communicating.

Owner was easy to get in touch with for minor questions. Fast response. Clean house. Great communication.

We, a family with young kids stayed a week of April 2025. Loved the property and neighborhood. Beach access is easy and the backyard of the property stretches to miles of greenery over which we can see the most beautiful sunset! Joe is very prompt in responding and rules are clear! My family has been to Nags Head many times over the years, finding this gem was a wonderful surprise. From the warm and cozy welcoming home, to the easy access to the beach my family couldn't have asked for more. This home is universally located for all the things OBX has to offer. Chwcking in and out waa worey free and our host Joe was eaay to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

we booked this trip about a week and a half before our check in date and the Host was easy to accommodate our dates and check in with us a few times before we left about the weather and how to access the property. it was close to everything we love to do when we come to OBX. The home was perfect for my family of 7. we will definitely book again!
