    Clean house with two nice size bedrooms. Convenient location to nearby attractions. We used this as our home base for visiting around fort Collins and a day trip to the Rocky Mountains. Easy communication with the host

    Very nice property lots of updates…whole place is renovated. Really liked the split A/C system…the rooms had control over their own temperatures. Back patio was very nice. I don’t remember seeing it in the posting, but there was an off-street parking spot that was very convenient. Site is close to plenty of eateries…many within walking distance.

    It was an easy check in and check out process, plenty of communication from the owner. the property itself was a little different then the pictures posted on the site. I was a little shocked at the location at first but realized i hadnt read that portion on the posting, but it ended up being a quiet area. The beds were comfortable and the overall stay was good. Thank you!

    Pleasant 2 bedroom in a 4-plex building. Kitchen has all the amenities and there are also basic washer/dryer units available. Both bedrooms and primary bath are upstairs. Back yard has a small patio set with BBQ grill, lovely large green space. Not appropriate for handicapped.

    We really enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was quiet and we were close to main roads. The beds and couch were comfortable and loved the patio with the BBQ grill. The staff was responsive in fixing the outdoor outlet and fixing the string lights which was a very nice feature.
