Enter the living room with comfortable sofa and 55 flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Beyond the living room is the kitchen and open dining area. The diningarea has a large table and a slider to the deck. The renovated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances including a refrigerator, solid surface range and dishwasher. This floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a renovated bathroom with custom tiled walk-in shower.

The home's other three bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and two bedrooms each with two twins. The second floor also has a spacious full bathroom with tub/shower.

A/C: Two ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the living room and one in the first floor bedroom. Three window air conditions--one in each of the three upstairs bedrooms.

The washer and dryer are in the basement.

The deck has a picnic table and a gas grill--ideal for relaxing or grilling and eating out. The deck overlooks a wooded backyard. There is also a fully enclosed outdoor shower on a second smaller deck with bistro table. The home is set back on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood--the ideal spot for a peaceful retreat.

Only about a mile bike ride to Duck Pond--one of Wellfleet's beloved freshwater ponds. Head to Wellfleet's fantastic ocean beaches: LeCount Hollow, White Crest, Cahoon Hollow & Newcomb Hollow without accessing Route 6. Short drive to Wellfleet's other ponds and bay beaches. Short drive to Wellfleet Center and Harbor for restaurants, galleries and shops. Explore the Cape Cod Rail Trail (a little over a mile to the LeCount Hollow trail head), Cape Cod National Seashore sites, beaches and trails and the Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Wildlife Bay Sanctuary. Grab breakfast, lunch and/or dinner at one of Wellfleet's many restaurants, see a movie under the stars at the Wellfleet Drive-In or play a round of golf at Chequessett Yacht & Country Club. Fifteen minutes to wine tasting in Truro or twenty-five minute to whale watches, shopping, shows and other fun in Provincetown.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
